I had scheduled them to come out and fix my AC and waited several weeks. The younger kid who initially came out misdiagnosed the problem and electrocuted himself in the process because he didn't make sure the AC was disconnected/power was off. And after being on the hook waiting for them to fix the problem for several weeks, they tell me that I need to find someone else to fix it because they don't have the staffing to fix it until late August/early September. They should have disclosed the possibility of not being able to resolve the issue if it was a larger issue. Now it's going to be 90 degrees this week with no AC.

Update: Another company came out and located the leak within 5 minutes at the unit inside of the garage. My guess is Walker Heating didn't even look at the unit in the garage. The cause of the leak was a loose fitting. And being that this was not a difficult fix, I can only assume they were being lazy and/or were trying to rack up $ for service calls.

Devin did a great job with my AC & furnace service today. He was prompt and efficient. He put my mind at ease regarding my older units. I will definitely call Walker when I need repair or replacement! Thank you Devin!

Kylan and Melissa at Walker heating and ac were great to work with! Very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and they do excellent work! They helped us so much, installing a new central heating system, right before Thanksgiving 2016, with about a weeks notice, so we could meet our deadline for our home sale. They helped us stay within our budget, and we passed our inspection with flying colors! Highly recommend them!

Outstanding customer service. Showed up on time for both initial inspection and also for the actual install. We replaced old HVAC system and we weren't sure which way to go, they give us some options and thoroughly explained each. It was a complete removal of old HVAC system and install of new...they showed up on time and were very thorough. They left no trace of the job except the new system. having gone through the summer now with the new unit, it exceeds our expectations AND the power bill is at least 75.00 lower than what we would have had with our old system.

In summary...Walker Heating and AC represents the epitome of how it is supposed to go when contracting for products and services. It was a good amount of money to spend, but we came away with 100% confidence in all aspects of the goods and service Walker Heating and AC provided. There a lot of choices in HVAC contractors, based on our experience, we can highly recommend them.

Very nice and professional people. They are the only people I allow to take care of my 92 year old grandma's heater cause I can trust them to be honest about everything and I know my grandma is safe if she's home alone when they come over to service her heating system and grandma feels safe & comfortable .

So professional, From the moment the doorbell rang! It was refreshing have someone look clean and trustworthy come into my home and also work in m bc y garage. Kylan acknowledged my kids too which is important to me. The work was done clean, neat and in a promised amount of time. Area was also clean when work was completed. My installation was an opportunity to train a new worker. Devin did an amazing job it sounded like I would have been able to learn to install it. The new worker also did a great job no complications and they were to able to finish in a timely manner.

Walker Heating went above and beyond to help us with our situation. Our furnace had to be shut off due to a blown fan motor and age which was sending off our smoke alarm one evening. Kyle was going out of town for his anniversary but he came in the morning assessed our needs and had a crew here the same day to put in a new furnace. His crew worked very hard beyond the day's end and got the new furnace going for us. I have special health needs and this was very important to me. We can't say enough about this company and their customer service. Just outstanding!

These guys are the best! Our AC went out, of course, when the weather was really hot. I figured it would take several days to get anyone to come cool us down. Not Walker! Melissa looked to see if anyone was already going to be in our area soon and found a trip that would coordinate with our location and we were back up and running in less than 48 hours! HVAC stuff isn't anything to mess with on your own and these folks definitely know what they are doing. I have already saved their info in my contacts to make sure to call them next time we have any heating or cooling issues in the future.

The owners, Kylan and Melissa, are some of the most honest and fair people I have done business with. The work they have done for me in the past is exemplary and I won’t hesitate to call them for my future needs! I wouldn’t consider using any other company :)
