Great experience with Efficiency. After submitting a work request, I was contacted the same day and told that they could get me in a day earlier. Jim arrived on time, and set to work diagnosing the issue. He arrived at what we thought was the problem, but after changing the part it was still broken. He persisted through and we found an issue with water in the pressure switch lines, and then the blower speed being too low. Great value for what turned out to be a stumper of a problem.

We were worked into the schedule because our a/c was not working and it was very hot outside. They got us in within 24 hours.
Our technician was very informative and worked in a timely manner. He even gave us information to use in the future! Highly recommend this company!

I have used efficiency for both HVAC and A/C system maintenances well as getting information on several other services. The are professional and answer my questions with explanations I can understand. The technicians explain in detail what they have found and what they have done. They go beyond to provide excellent service.

I can’t thank Efficiency enough! We have used them to install a mini split and for furnace repair in the past and they have always been fantastic. But today they really came through after a plumber made a wreck of our furnace’s condensate line and broke our condensate pump. They got us in quickly (Patrick was so helpful on the phone), even fitting us in earlier than expected, were thoughtful with how they fixed a messy situation, and as always were very pleasant and kind. It feels so good to be able to trust people to do the work right (Thank you, Trae!) and to have that peace of mind.

Efficiency Heating and Cooling installed my heating and cooling system and helped improve my indoor air quality. They did a wonderful job! Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome. And very honest when they talk about preventative maintenance. Mats company is probably the best out there. Hands-down I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jim is an awesome technician and very personable. All the guys are.

My technician Dietrich was awesome! He explained everything to me, what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I could not have asked for better service! I will definitely be using them for maintenance in the future.

Trae was able to recognize issues quickly and determine a plan of action immediately. We feel confident we are in good hands and appreciate their effort to get us into the schedule asap. It is also awesome that this company tells you precisely when your technician is on the way using a map tracker!

Jim came out right at 8:00, R&R'd exhaust fan, cleaned blower fan assembly, R&R'd motor and shaft bearing, and was done in two hours.

To travel 50 miles is going the extra mile... and Efficiency's work is always above and beyond the call.
