Rite-Way Heating & Air

I called to make an appointment for my company and i gave the address. A appointment was made for friday and i called the company today to get a closer time frame for the tech to show up. I was informed that the.rite way does not service downtown portland. It would have been great to know that so I could have called someone else.

Kyle was our "savior" today! After 2 of the hottest days of the year, our AC stopped last night. Trying to get anyone out TODAY was impossible until I called Rite Way. Kyle said he'd 'fit us in' between jobs. Now that is what I call service! Fortunately it was an 'easy' fix and now our house is cooling. We will definitely be calling Rite Way for our follow up service. Thanks, Kyle!

I am more than annoyed. Tech Kyle did show up to take a look and got the furnace going. However, his follow-up to repair the heat-pump part of the system never did take place after 1 months time. It took an additional 2 phone calls for a follow through with no results. His promise to call with an estimate on parts price also did not happen. If you have a need for HVAC repair, Rite Way is the wrong way.

Hot hot week of no Ac. We finally broke down and called around. Not only was Riteway the most affordable, they also came out the same day during their own busy day. Thank you! My family will be able to sleep tonight a heck of a lot cooler.

I would recommend this company if you like to be taken advantage of and you have money to throw down the toilet. Make sure you have your husband make your appointment because as a single mom I was served a bait and switch that costed thousands of dollars that I wouldn’t have spent with an honest company. Get everything in writing and learn from my mistake.

Rite-way has been our go-to HVAC service choice for years, they've been keeping our old furnace running! Thankful to have them to call upon

Incredibly rude service man parked in my workplace parking lot. I informed him it was for building tenants only (as he was working on the building next to ours and not ours) and he gave me an entitled speech about being a service man and how no one can tell him where to park.

When someone kindly tells you " Hey this parking isn't for you" park somewhere else brosephina. Don't sass folx just trying to keep the peace and avoid the parking drama of if a tenant gets back and sees you in their parking space you are going to get towed.

If you hire this guy and are femme get ready for entitled downplay of any concerns you have he knows best he is a he and drives a van *rolls eyes*

Rite-Way took amazing care of my family when we were shopping around for AC before summer.

Came and got it fixed right! They were so sweet and understood our job limitations. We have used them twice now!
