We have been using American Heating for twelve years. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Greg has been our service person most of that time and he always does an outstanding job! We also find Ginny, in the office, to be very efficient and always extremely pleasant.

Couldn’t ever get them to call me with any updates or information. They even turned down the job but didn’t bother to tell me until I called and asked. The lady I got ahold of talked about the wrong address until I corrected her on that too. Freaked me out that the project was impossible or dangerous until I called another guy with over 20 years experience. He didn’t look bothered by the project at all, walked me through what needed to be done and got it done right the first time with professionalism.

This company not only had lousy customer service but seemed unable to handle a simple job. Not wasting my time calling them (repeatedly) anymore.

This is the third time I have called on All American, in as many years, for various HVAC repairs. Their technicians are always very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have no problem explaining exactly what is going on and what Is needed. I do have an extensive mechanical and electrical background and could have done the repairs myself, I just don’t have the time. The assessments have been spot on with no unneeded parts or service. I have also found their prices to be very competitive. In fact, thanks to Jeff, I am so satisfied with their work that I will be contracting them for annual HVAC maintenance.

All American Heating and cooling is the best to go to in Hermiston! Very friendly people and know what they are doing. Then I got my bill and it was extremely reasonably and they gave me a military discout.

Your phone receptionist has a heart for customer service. Technician called ahead, checked our furnace, answered all our questions and treated us with respect.

Our furnace quit working at around 4pm my house was 54 degrees thought there was
No chance that I would be able to get somebody out to fix it that they were called Within 16 minutes they were at my house and another 15-20 minutes it was fix I was so grateful so is my daughter I couldn't have asked to have any better service than they gave me

They are always prompt and do only what is necessary. Would recommend them to anyone!
