We are very pleased with the services provided by American Heating and Cooling. The work they have done with our old house (built in 1868 with a boiler) and our new house where they installed and service our units has been excellent. The people in the office are very pleasant and our service person Jim Goodrich is outstanding.

We began having an issue with related to our coil, in a system that American Heating & AC had not installed. Being on their yearly maintenance plan, and feeling great about that service, I reached out for some help. The issue was not that easy to figure out, but they did not stop until resolved. Across several service techs, they were all very friendly and hard-working...and you knew they were going to take care of things. Net, all set now. Super service from the time they answer the phone to the time the job is done.

When we needed a new furnace and air conditioner, we felt they gave us well informed options that ended up saving us ALOT on our monthly bills!! Ginny is also a pleasure to talk to when you need to call in the office...

Brian was awesome! Quick yet efficient and he made sure to explain what he was doing! I called at 10 am, he was here just before 11:30 am and we were all done and our AC was working great by 12:30pm!!!!
