    Darrin and Josh are consummate professionals. My heater quit working and Darrin trouble shot it and found a bad part, however upon further investigation we both came to the conclusion that it should be replaced. He and Josh installed the new heater and had it running in short order and at a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

    My experience with the people (Darrin Little, Josh and Nick) of Intergrated Air Solution was very, very good. I had decided to have air conditioning installed in our home and then faced the challenge of 'who to call.' After searching for a HVAC business close to my home, I was delighted to discovery there was one right here in Damascus (Oregon). I called after hours, thinking I would have to leave a message and someone would get back to me the next day. Not so!!! Darrin, the owner, picked up the call. I explained my needs and we set up an appointment for the next day. Darrin arrived when he said he would ... yeah!!! We went over what I had in mind, asking him what he recommended. While we were talking, Josh, one of the installers showed up and joined in the discussion. What I really appreciated was both Darrin and Josh took time to answer my many questions, explaining (again) how something worked. Both professionals, both a delight to work with. After comparing our calendars, an install date was set for the next week. Josh and Nick (another installer .... also a professional and, also, a delight to work with) showed up as scheduled and got right to work. I had decided to have a new energy efficient heater (York - 95% efficient) installed along with the air. (NOTE- these people are NOT high pressure sales.) They worked all day, taking out old, installing new. Josh and Nick were to come back the next day to complete the job, but before they left they made sure things were neat and tidy. Nice!! Install was completed the next day, instructions were given in how the system worked and Josh made sure the controls were set on the basic program because my husband and I do not do well with high tech stuff. We are very happy with our new system. I do not even have to worry about changing the fiIter .... that is part of Integrated's maintanance service included in the price of the unit. And, I know that if something comes up, I can call them and they will prompltly take care of the situation. They really care about their customers.

    Wow! Where do I begin?, I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced services this outstanding of any kind in my life. If global businesses could grasp customer support like this company does then we’d live in a much happier world. Not only did they help my grandmother who I’m doing my best to ensure she’s not taken advantage of 3,000 miles away, but I immediately felt comfortable knowing that Integrated Air was all about family and that is what separates them from any other company hands down. Wish I could give 10 starts vs. the 5.

    What put the bar up so incredibly high for any other competitor is what they did next.....Here I am in Washington, DC and had some minor issues with my own systems and Integrated Air walked me through each and every troubleshooting step until I was able to fix my AC on the east coast.

    For a small business this is unheard of to care about the details that they preach and it shows in the quality of the entire Integrated Air team and I know that this kind of organization will grow and as they do I’ll be a loyal client from across the US and will look for them for all my future needs.

    Just amazing knowledge, trust, quality, and rare customer support!

    I’ll be a reference for life no doubt.

    Darrin came out to my office promptly when i had called him to tell him my office ac had stopped working. Come to find out the unit was not installed properly. He was able to come and pinpoint the issue and correct it right away. I WOULD RECOMEND this company.

    Found them on Yelp and had an appointment set within an hour. Was early the day of the appointment and quickly figured out my problem. Got a good quote and was back a couple days later and quickly knocked out the A/C unit swap. Has followed up multiple times to check in on his work. Great guy and company.

    We were having trouble with our walk-in cooler that we serve our beer from. I called in a bit of a panic.
    Darrin told me he would be out as soon as he finished his present service call. He was, and now everything is good as new.
    He is now our main refrigeration call! Outstanding service.

    ***BEWARE*** Darren the owner of Integrated Heating and Cooling, seemed pleasant and very friendly initially.
    After looking at our AC furnace he told us it 100% without question it needed to be replaced. The unit and labor costs were thousands. But, we were more than willing to spend the money, if that is what needed to be done.
    Days eventually turned into weeks, which turned into constant last minute cancellations. Always with the promise of coming “tomorrow.”
    I eventually decided to give him one last phone call, with the attempt to find out if he had an idea of when the unit would be put in. At that point he responded condescendingly that “ I have no idea, my schedule is very full and it does not stop because your AC unit is broken.” I was shocked at the sudden change of personality, and told him that we would take our business elsewhere.
    Fast forward and we contacted an independent furnace/AC repair professional. Who was not only respectful, but was able to repair our existing unit for a fraction of a fraction of the cost of a new one.

    *** Sidenote: At Darrens initial visit to assess our unit, he disclosed to me that all of his employees have quit and that he’s been left with no employees remaining.
    He lives and works in Damascus where our home is, and he uninvitedly shared personal and honestly uncomfortable information regarding other locals in the Damascus community. Spreading personal business of theirs all the way from divorces, affairs, to finally letting me know that he personally has an ex-wife who is with the child molester. Again this information was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. And I found it quite disturbing that all this gossip came with a simple AC/furnace repair.
    My suggestion to anyone thinking about working for him, or hiring him is that you steer clear, not waste your time, and spare yourself the stories of your neighbors you will hear. Or who knows you could be his next gossip story… not to mention target for unnecessarily pulling every penny out of you simply because his business is not meeting the bottom line.

    Two words: Hot. Head. Didn't even work together just had my employee call about an inquiry for an RTU, and the owner started dropping F bombs at him. Seems like a pattern based on other reviews so wanted to share that experience. Interesting business approach, hope this guys alright in the noggin.
