Integrated Air Solutions saved our day for the second time. The first time—about 18 months ago—we called Darrin, he hustled out to our house on the same day for an emergency heat pump failure. Winter of course. And, thanks to Darrin warmth was restored.
We called him three days ago with a sick A/C unit. With several 90º+ days still ahead, Darrin came the next day after finishing his 10 hours of scheduled work and worked here until we had a cool house again. That was 8pm.

I called Integrated to help perform maintained on my furnace. I choose this company as it is Veteran owned and as a Veteran myself I try to support Veteran owned businesses. Darrin Showed up on time and was very professional from the start. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. We purchased our house brand new and was never given any information about a warranty, Darrin called the furnace company and fought for them to give me the warranty that my builder didn’t inform me about. Now I have piece of mind knowing that if something goes wrong Integrated has my back. I am very impressed with Integrated air solutions as they have my best interest and not just their pocket book. Darrin is very ethical and professional.

Integrated Air installed our furnace and air conditioning unit almost 16 yrs ago. It has only been serviced and maintained by them and when our AC unit needed a replacement part yesterday we contacted Darrin, the owner, and he came out personally and got us up and running again within 24 hours of our call. Called Integrated Air to tell them that my AC was not working on this first 90 degree day when fired up. The very next morning Josh showed up and performed his tech work on the system. These folks are amazing! Came home one afternoon to a house that was over 80 degrees and clearly my heat pump wasn't working right. It was just after 5pm and I found Integrated Air Solutions online and called them. To my surprise someone answered!!! He listened to my situation and said he could be out the next morning.

The next day he diagnosed and repaired my heat pump. Very reasonable rates and really kind service. I'm totally having them come back in the fall for maintenance!

Got air conditioning installed by Darrin and he was very professional and very detail oriented .Darrin is a VETERAN and I fully support veteran owned companies. Quick and painless and he even followed up multiple times to see if my air conditioner was working correctly in the heat . I would recommend Darrin to do any HVAC work .

They were very helpful, informative and honest about what was happening with our furnace. They not only did a inspection, but also did some adjustments so that it would work until we could get a new furnace. So glad that we called this company, very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Requested an estimate to have a new furnace installed from Darren the owner. After 2 weeks of no proposal, I contacted him back to ask about where was my estimate. Was told I would be called back that night and that he had been ignored because the manufacturer had not got back to him. I was never called, and that was about another 2 weeks ago. BEWARE of this company, failure to respond and makes agreements that are disregarded. VERY DISAPPOINTED and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Looks like another reviewer had the same experience.
