Not a great experience. Called them to to get my freon refilled. Told me I have a leak and charged me 2 hours for a leak that he never found then filled it with Freon. The Freon lasted about a week until it ran out so now I’m back where I started no leak fixed and close to $400 less. Thanks p&l for your help 😒

I would never recommend P and L Johnson.
We had them do some work. To make a long story short....
They took $2000 from us by promising (then failing) to register for our ductless heat pumps with Energy Trust, and then asking us to pay them that $2000. We will not pay P and L until they admit to the fraud and do the paper work to Energy Trust then we will pay them the $2000.

We have used p&l Johnson several times in the past,, even though there VERY expensive there customer service makes up for it. Sam goes out of his way to make sure he is doing a good job and getting it right. He helped me to find out out restaurant ice machine parts are still under warranty and when he installed everything he stayed to make sure every thing was 100% in working order before he left. Thanks Sam

After working with this company for years I come to find out since we havnt needed any repairs for two years they consider us a new customer. Then find out they are no longer taking new customers and won't service our restaurant. Must be nice to be so independent and drop customers because they didn't have equipment breakdowns!! Absolutely ridiculous. I've never heard of a company with no regard for the consumer. I hope at one point they fall on their faces or have their vendors cut them off because they havnt used them.

This company has no business doing insulation. They're are very literally 1000% over fair cost. Amj insulation did a more detailed, cheaper, and knowledgeable job.

Got my new gas furnace installed, they did it in a day, very helpful and professional.

Have an appointment scheduled for next week. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. So far, so good.

Very helpful. Discussed possible options and helped choose one that would work for our space.

Service men very polite.
