On a cold Tuesday night, I found out there was no heat. Hoping it was a simple fix I waited for my father to look at it...fast forward to a cold Thursday morning I finally bit the bullet and started to call around for a HVAC repair man(or woman). I schedule an appointment for that day, I was supposed to be the fourth stop...only they never showed. I called again the next day (I am not paying after hours unless it's an emergency) and I was assured someone would be out Saturday morning. In the meantime I decided to see what I could do myself since my unit was indicating that the issue lied in the pressure switch. 60 bucks at my local part store and an easy install. I thought I had fixed the problem but still no heat. Saturday comes around and the HVAC guy arrives. First he tells me that it's my compressor....but I point out to him that my air works just fine and show him, then he told me that it was the draft inducer. I ask him if it's an easy fix that I could do myself and he then informs me that he doesnt know because he's never replaced one in my type of unit before. By that moment the warning bells were BLARING and so I pay him and he leaves. I then call Vision and inform the receptionist that I dont feel comfortable with the repair mans diagnosis or his work in general. She assures me everything will be fine and they will send someone else Monday morning. Monday comes around and then I'm told it will be Tuesday. Tuesday comes and this repair man is actually one that has fixed my unit before and is very good at what he does. He looked at my unit and fixed it in 5 minutes. Turns out I had originally fixed it as it was the pressure switch, I just hadn't let the heat run long enough for it to come on. The moral of this super long review is, if you're going to use Vision, if your repair man isn't Devin then you're going to waste your time.
We've had 2 issues diagnosed and fixed quickly by Vision Air in the last year- a fried circuit board and a blower malfunction. Both times the technician worked with our home warranty without any problems, and now our HVAC is working like new! (It's 25 years old!). We will definitely maintain our system regularly with Vision Air.
Adam Fitzgerald the owner and his office staff are extremely customer oriented. All the team members are friendly and there when you need them. Visions has done several of my projects and friends projects, no problems or complaints.
Brandon came at 10:30 on a Sunday night, Memorial Day weekend and literally saved us! We came home to find our AC unit wasn’t running and it quickly climbed to 80+ degrees in our home. With a 1 year old, dogs, and leading into a triple digit kind of week, we needed help quick! We’ve very grateful he got us running again the same night. We even managed to escape the baby waking up with 3 crazy dogs during the service call, thanks again!!!

I am very pleased with my new HVAC system. Danny Hamilton examined my existing system and explained that it would cost more to get it up and running. He gave me an affordable alternative, a completely new sysyem. His crew came early, they were very clean, efficient and finished in a time manner. I am so glad that I called Vision Air Services. I am truly satisfied.
Vision Air did an amazing job with multiple upgrades on our home. They qualified our home for multiple PSO and ONG rebates. We got a new HVAC system, duct sealing, knee wall insulation, attic insulation, and bathroom ventilation. Everything works very well and our bills have been more than halved for the last few months. Danny was great to work with. I would highly recommend Vision Air.
