This inflation is out of control! Or did i get taken advantage of! Vision/blue something HVAC just replaced a blower motor that was under warranty. 3hrs to diagnose 3hrs to replace! Are you ready! $1053.00!!!!!! That is just their labor. Sorry to say we won't be using them again.
Out of the blue I decided to call and schedule visit on a Sunday. Lo and behold I actually hit a human on the phone. In fact, I was told I could get someone onsite that very day! Instead (dreading weekend pricing) I asked about availability that week, and had someone Monday mid-day. Tech came through and was super courteous and knowledgeable. He did not mind my numerous questions or constant hovering. Within about an hour we had looked over my two systems and the tech had cleaned my outdoor fans. All in all I was quite impressed with the quick response/availability and the expert work. I will certainly look to utilize their services moving forward.
I was told I qualified for a "special discount" by their sales rep on a social media post. I was put on the schedule for a week later between 2-4 PM after having a discussion with the sales rep via Facebook Messenger.
The morning of the service I had yet to hear what my additional discount was supposed to be. I messaged the same sales rep and asked. Facebook showed the message seen shortly after sending. No response was ever given whatsoever.
2-4 PM came and passed regardless of the hassle it was for me to have someone present since the wife and I would still be at work. At 4:05 PM I received a text asking if I was still interested and that they hadn't even arrived yet. Not at 3 or 3:15 with a courtesy informing that they would be late and if I wanted to reschedule or what have you. No, after their allotted time had passed.
This company makes empty promises and has unprofessional customer service and consideration. I will not use this business and encourage everyone to look elsewhere.
Great response time. Most HVAC companies charge an arm and a leg to respond to an issue after hours, not vision air. The staff at vision air was very understanding and did not charge me extra for coming out after hours. I have had 2 different service techs at my house, both were very respectful and seemed like quality people. My problem was fixed, my capacitor was replaced, and my Family never woke up covered in sweat. Thank you vision Air, most honest and reliable employees around.
Very highly recommend! We called, Danny came out and we had our new system the next day. Great deal and very fast install. The entire experience was fast and friendly. The office staff was also friendly and knowledgeable, we immediatly had quotes. I will for sure recommend them to anyone needing work done.
Great Quality and Excellent Experience from beginning to end. They did a complete install at my house, taking the old heat and A/C units out and replacing it with 2 complete new systems that are very energy efficient. Their guys are very professional and courteous. A huge thank you to Adam, Danny, Evan and the guys!!! Great Experience all around
My Ac unit outside stopped working so I called the company that installed it. They could not find me in their system from only 4 years ago and when i was told that the technician would show up between 4-5 he showed up at 3 never called me and then left a note on a face mask and put it in my screen door. I’m not sure if it’s just me but I would expect some communication and timely technicians.
Edit: I was told on the phone by the lady who scheduled me that she would make it 4-5 because I wasn’t getting off work till then I told her make this as late as you can. They have still not answered the phone or my messages.
The best company all around!! Not only for their top notch service, but also their compassion, and relationships they build with their clients, they truly look out for your best interest, and will not screw you over like a lot of other companies out there! We have been forever grateful for their services in fixing our heater on 2 different occasions, their service was very speedy and super friendly. One of our calls was even a holiday weekend, I have a lot of medical problems and extreme cold and heat sends me into severe pain, as well as many other medical emergencies! This company was my life savor! We will NEVER use another company, they will have our business for life! If your shopping around please quit shopping and give them a call, I promise as their extremely happy customer you will not be disappointed! Ruben & Jennifer
Vision Air installed some large HVAC equipment for our 200+ room hotel, and we couldn't be happier. Not only was it done in a timely manner, it was the best price of 3 bids.....and not just by a little bit. I thought they were very reasonable price wise, and their response to my many needs was at the very least timely and professional. Thanks to all the guys that helped us out at Vision Air!

Great company ! Adam quoted a complete HVAC system plus an additional return air vent. Came in several thousand dollars lower than the competitors.
They showed up on the scheduled day and time. Very professional install and great customer service. They left my house cleaner than when they arrived.
