Sky L. serviced our AC unit for the summer. He explained the test and results clearly and with the pictures of the unit. He was very professional and made a couple of recommendations but did not push us to buy anything extra. We purchased two surge protectors and he quickly installed them. We were very happy with Sky and with the service of Quality Heating Air and plumbing.

My A/C went out on Friday afternoon and I called Saturday morning. The Tech Scaasi was here by 2:30. He quickly found my problem, a blown fuse. I was allowed to save money by going to get my own fuse and he just charged me a service call fee. Great customer service.
