The Quality twch Gage came out on time for our Sunday morning 8 am appointment.we had a broken water pipe that led to the exterior of the house. He assessed the repair quickly provided me with the price and immediately gathered some more specialized parts needed to do the repairs. When he returned, he repaired the work efficiently and very unobtrusively. The price per job rather than hourly rate used by quality meant the job was priced up front and never changed once agreed to. Everything was effortless and the repair was fast and effective. Gage did a great job. I will reuse them again.

We could not be happier with Quality as a company. The staff is professional and down to earth. They worked with me on financing (I have terrible credit), even tailoring their quote to match my financing amount. They have made themselves available for appointments almost immediately and followed up with me consistently to make sure I was in control, had all the info I needed to make an informed decision, and was satisfied with their work. Highly recommend them!

Kat was so nice when I called & was even able to schedule for someone to come out the same day! Derek was also very kind & performed the service quickly & with the efficiency of a pro. The price was for the service call was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use this company again if needed & will recommend them to everyone. Thanks again!!!

I am really sad that I missed out on waiving the service fee, but that's my own fault for not mentioning I saw it online before calling. The repair man was polite, on time, and provided us with a lot of helpful information. No repairs ended up being needed, but if they are in the future, we will call them. Thank you for coming out on such short notice also, it was much appreciated.

We had a good experience with their service when we had a condenser go out on one of our AC units, so we decided to pay for the service plan. Little did we know that the reason it’s so inexpensive is because they use it as a tool to sell you more services. They don’t even change your air filters without charging extra. They left us a long list of things they need to do that will cost us more money. We *might* call them for service if something breaks in the future, but we will not pay for the service plan again.

We had quality install new AC systems in our home. Tim came out and gave us some options. Install could not have gone better. They got the systems in quickly and were professional and on time. Highly recommend!!

When the unit was a year old, it began short cycling. It took Quality eight visits to fix it over a two week period, in which they tried to charge me labor each time. They replaced both a thermostat and fan motor that were not bad and when installing the motor, installed it backwards. They expected me to pay additional labor to fix that. The unit continued to short cycle. Multiple visits later, it was finally determined that there was a blockage in the drain line that was not cleared during install. One of the required steps. The owners were unprofessional and hostile and unsympathetic that their failures caused me to be without air for 2 weeks during 100+ degree temperatures. But then they have the nerve to continue to contact me. I told them I would never use them again so they offered plumbing. This review is finally being left because I was contacted through an automated message that thanked me for the above positive feedback and asked me to leave a review showing it was 100% automated and they didn’t read it to begin with.
I do not recommend them. In fact, buyer beware. Service is poor, customer service is poor and prices are high.

They checked my heating/ air conditioning units to make sure they were in working order. The first time I called, I had a dripping faucet. The day they came it was leaking really bad under the sink ( kitchen). During the duration of the appointment, he went out, bought new fixtures for the sink( it had to be replaced) and fixed it! He was very patient and highly professional.
