I would Like to say that spencer heat and air are a great company. Far pricing and expertise from all employees. I called them today with a problem with my heat and this weather is very cold. John told me he would a crew out to me around 5pm
They made it before 3pm. If you have any H/A problems I highly recommend Spencer H/A for your job. Thanks Guys for your help on very short and cold notice. Michael Grundy

responded quick and was very professional. They fixed the problem but charged me $55 a pound for 410 a Freon which I can buy for $5.60 a pound. They wanted to change my coil with an off brand and over charge me by 75% because they didn’t sale Trane products. They didn’t mention what they were doing or how they were going to use off brand products. Don’t feel they were honest or fair. The mark up on Freon was was above industry standard. Don’t recommend using this company.

I have a historic home in Heritage Hills with unique issues. I went through multiple vendors over one year and finally found Spencer. After over two years of service they have gone way beyond my expectations and solved every issue I have had. Stanley and Spencer Heat & Air are truly the best.

They replaced my central heat & air system. Removal of old and installation of new all completed in one day. All work accomplished as planned and briefed in a highly organized , professional and courteous manner. On a scale of 1 to 10, GIVE THEM A 20!!

Greg salesmen came in shook my hand and told what needed to be done to do the job right. I told my budget $10k and it couldn’t be a penny more and Mike and his crew came in 3/19/20 and made it happen the was very polite and well mannered. I needed 3 estimates but went with 5 estimates 2 companies never returned my call 1 was ok but I didn’t like his brand. The company with the twins 👯‍♂️ sent a rude salesman that was giving me appraisal on heat and air system that wasn’t capable with my gas system and it was old outdated system and her refused to shake my hand. Imagine that I got $10k to spend and your company’s don’t follow up. That’s why they’re price seems to beat others wrong or old system. Greg @Spencer H&I shook my hand and was the the one company to follow up with me and offered to loan me portable heaters due to knowing I had no heat in my home from 1/20 to 3/20 got me a rebate and filled out out warranty paperwork with Lennox the system is Great! Go with Spencer Heat and Air

Completely professional and explained everything and my air-conditioning unit was up and fixed within about one hour and it’s never blown colder. Reasonable pricing and great value; I highly recommend.

I would like to extend my thanks to Spencer Heating and Air for rescuing me when my home warranty failed. My heat was out an my house was cold. I called them hoping for a repair for my aging system. I knew I
would probably need a new system. I got my new system at a price I could afford with low monthly payments. Thanks!
