First class service from Demitree and Devon. They listened to me when I described how our AC system was acting up and then they immediately found the issue. Turned out to be a small part that they kept stocked in their company truck. Even though this was a service call, they continued to do extra things like clean the outdoor unit, flush out the drain, etc. Super honest, fast and treat you like a VIP. I've dealt with others where they just try to push you into buying a new AIR system, which doesn't give me much COMFORT when a tech seems more like a sales person and their SOLUTIONS mostly involve spending a lot of money. Not gonna name any names though. Spencer Heat & Air is the best!

I was recommended to Spencer H&A from a neighbor years ago. Used them to service/limp along a very old unit until I could sell my home in MWC. We then used them at my partner's home in Choctaw to install and service a new unit. We recently purchased a brand new home in McLoud and had a mini-split installed in the garage. Everyone has always been professional, helpful, on time, etc. We will continue to use Stanley and his company.

Update: I contacted the owner at his request by email several times. I never got a response. This is not a honest company! Learn from my mistake, don’t be fooled by all the great reviews and fancy trucks. I way over paid for a unit larger than my house needed. Stanley, the owner came over during the install. At the time I thought how nice. Later I realized Stanley was there to distract me from how horrible the outside pipes looked. After the installation, I noticed one of the mini-splits was not draining at all. By the time they came out to fix it. Water had been dripping down the inside of the wall causing mold. It sent me to the ER and my dog got sick and died. I called Stanley to come repair the damage done to the house. His reply was “I would have to make him.” Unfortunately, I’m on a fixed income and spent most of my money for the new AC system. I was shocked by his rude, deceitful and dishonest behavior.

My go to company for any HVAC needs. They are so super friendly, reliable and professional. They were able to come out and service my HVAC system within one hour of me calling for an appt. They installed this new unit a few years ago. Great company!!

Same day service in July! Service fees were explained upfront over the phone. Gave me a one hour time range, not 4 hour. Showed up before me, with a complimentary call to let me know they were heading my way. Told me exactly what was wrong, what was fixed and what will need to be done in the future regarding the compressor. Dimitri and partner were expedient, courtesy and professional. Appreciate them.

Spencer has a great team and ours was led by Greg Christian who walked me through the process and provided me with options for an HVAC system for my shop. He was very patient and understanding and provided me with quotes for a couple different options very quickly. The installation was lead by Demitree and assisted by Austin. They were very professional and respectful! Throughout the installation they were very precise and careful and the finished product was aesthetically pleasing and very functional!

What a great team of guys! We called at 8am and they arrived about 10am. Even though there wasn't much to fix, they performed maintenance on the unit and offered several tips for better service from our system. They were both extremely friendly and professional. We'll definitely be calling them again. Thank you Mike and assistant.

We were having some problems with our air conditioner and called Spencer Heat & Air to come take a look. My husband called at 8am and they were here before noon to servic our AC. We had Mike and Dillon out to do the repairs today and they were both wonderful. They were able to assess the problem, and fix the problem quickly. We will make sure to ask for Mike and Dillon the next time we need a maintenance check for our AC as they were both kind, hard working and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs.

The techs were very fast and prompt! The AC went out unexpectedly last night and not only did they call first thing in the morning to tell me when they were expecting to be here, they called back and asked if it was okay to show up earlier than the original quoted time (YES!). They were in and out in about 30 mins and the man I spoke to was very friendly as well. I'm 9 months pregnant so needless to say having cool air again makes me want to cry tears of joy. Thank you so much guys!
