C&C Air Services

We called C&C because they are local. We were having OCCASIONAL freeze ups on hot days, and wanted to address that. Richard came out, drained freon out of the system, and left us with a non-functioning system and a $1000 estimate to fix it. After talking at length to him the next morning, he came back out to make it right. Drained and flushed lines and refilled, and only charged for freon. Worked good for about a day, then got progressively worse over the next couple of days. When we called back, we were told that unless we wanted to make $1000 repairs, they couldn't fix it. We had another company out, and come to find out Richard had left a fitting loose, and we had lost about 1lb of freon. Would have been a simple fix, but they weren't interested in helping. They just wanted to charge us for unnecessary repairs. Didn't stand behind their work, tried to get away with leaving a completely inoperable system and exorbitant repair estimate (fraud). Seams like a general lack of expertise and customer service. I could not recommend this company to someone I didn't like.

Tate was very professional and helpful. He showed up right when he said he would, and made sure everything was working properly and to my satisfaction before he left. Great experience!

Richard, Tate and Cory came to our home to do 2 different jobs, chimney work and repairing a broken furnace. They were professional, thorough, knowledgeable & punctual and did a wonderful job! From now on, I won't even consider using anyone other than C & C for future issues. Thank you again Richard for going over and above!

Richard did a fantastic job! He was very professional, and had proper PPE equipment on due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I will definitely recommend this business to everyone I know for all their Heating and air needs. They're one of the best.

This company is truthful and Richard was prompt, considerate of my home and treated me with respect as well. He completed the task and the prices are always reasonable. I have actually depended on them for a number of years and I also signed my parents up for their semi yearly service when it was time for me to take over their finances and maintenance on their home. Richard provided me strong recommendations about another small issue I was having which will certainly wind up conserving me a great deal of money in future repair services and/or wasted water ... he did not aim to oversell me on anything and that is something I REALLY appreciate. Let's face it. The majority of us are on a budget and house maintenance and repairs are necessary. Nobody likes paying those expenses, but it stings a lot less when you know you can believe what your repairman.

Richard installed a new heat and air unit and did an amazing job. So glad to have found them, we now have a heat and air company for life. I had a complicated system that most people had no idea what to do with it. Richard took the time to figure it out and make it work!! His office ladies are amazing too!!

C&C and the technicians are awesome! We love them. They go above and beyond to get their customers taken care of! Shoutout to Tate for getting our ac unit up to par! We are looking forward to the ac during this summer!

First time using this company, as we had just switched from one in Owasso.
Tate showed up exactly on time and was extremely personable. I knew who he was because prior to my appointment I recieved a text with his name, picture and details. He explained all the steps he would take, asked about any issues, and was very thorough in the pricing which was half of what we were paying with the competition. Through the process he would update me step by step on what he found. He layed a rug down at our door step and put covers on uis soles any time he came inside. He was also obviously careful not to rub up against anything and never leaned on any walls or trim. We have several rental properties and after seeing how they treated my personal property they will definitely be out provide of choice for all of our houses.

Thomas and Benjamin did a great job repairing and rerouting an ancient and dangerous dryer vent configuration. Best of all, they figured out a very clever way to extract the old duct work and install the new components without having to remove or damage any of the surrounding sheetrock, which saved me lots of money. Great job guys!
