C&C Air Services

Everyone at C&C is always so polite! From the office help, to the gentleman who inspected out duct work and gave us a bid, to all the technicians doing the work. They communicated cleary everything they were doing, and when the job required a second day, they showed up first thing. The were polite, and cleaned up everything after themselves, including moving a grill back in place that we had moved out of their way (totally above and beyond what we expected).

The technician that came to repair my heater was Richard T. He was very professional and was detailed in his answers for any questions I had. Great job.

Richard is the best in the business!!! I have been friends with him for a long time and now he is responsible for my house and all of my rent houses. Truly the best communication, helps with all the warranty registration and provides pictures of all of his work. Absolutely amazing service. Thank you Richard, I appreciate your hard work and honesty.

The office personnel took care of us within a few hours which was incredible considering it was SO cold outside. Everyone was kind, efficient & professional. I will use C&C in the future for any service I need that they can provide because they were so good.

Richard provided us with a proposal for the work we needed done, and explained the products to be used and the timeframe for the project. Tate and Lucas did a great job with the installation. Everyone with the company has been courteous and professional, and communicated well along every step of the project (bonus points!). I would highly recommend C&C based on my experience.

In February the technician came immediately to repair our home heating system when it was below freezing temperatures & did the maintenance & repair needed as we had only been in the home a few months. So, of course I called when the A/C was struggling in the first few hot days we had in May. The office staff & technicians have all been so helpful.

Richard came, looked the AC over by hooking up all his tools and told us what was wrong. He did great, quality work and even helped us fix our attic door just because! (We were fixing it before he got there but he helped us finish it.) Would highly recommend him and his work.

Richard, his crews and the office staff are among the most professional group of individuals in the business. I had multiple issues with both the upstairs and downstairs AC system in my home. Within hours of the initial call Richard himself came on the service call, since I was running an old (seer 8) upstairs I wanted to upgrade both systems. He had a whole slew of options available from various manufacturers. I opted for Goodman ac units due to the reputation, reliability and 10yr warranty. They had both systems completely replaced and the job site cleaned better than they found it in a VERY timely manner I couldn't be happier with my investment, or C&C Air Services!

Lonnie & Lucas did a great job cleaning all my air vents and returns. Very personable and they answered all of my questions regarding the process. I have used C&C before and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I have relied on C&C for years. In the past they swept and inspected my chimney and cleaned all the hair out of the fan/blower in my furnace and made sure it was in good working order.
Today, Richard checked out my unit and made some repairs to help ensure it would pass inspection for when I sell my house.
They do a fantastic job, have super friendly staff that answers the phones and most importantly they have EXCELLENT communication.
