Morris Heat and Air

ME AND MY HUSBAND BOUGHT AN AIR CONDITIONER FROM THIS COMPANY AND IT DOESN'T WORK!! I HAD A GUY COME OUT TO HOOK IT UP AND HE SAID THE COMPRESSOR IS LOCKED UP AND THE CAPACITOR DOESN'T WORK. HE CHANGED OUT THE CAPACITOR BUT THE COMPRESSOR WAS STILL LOCKED UP!! WE PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS AND A LOT TO HAVE IT HOOKED UP!! THEY LIED TO US!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DO THAT TO SOMEONE!!

MY HUSBAND JUST MESSAGED ME AND LET ME KNOW THAT HE DID JUST CONTACT YOU AND THAT YOU CLAIM OUR HEATING AND AIR GUY IS A LIAR, THAT IT WORKED JUST FINE. WELL.... IF IT WORKED JUST FINE, IT WOULD BE COOLING OFF MY HOUSE RIGHT NOW AND MY 6 MONTH OLD WOULDN'T BE IN THE HEAT!! THANKS FOR NOTHING... AND "YOU AND YOUR COMPANY ARE SORRY LIARS AND I MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB!! SHAME ON YOU!!!"
