After reviewing and calling a few HVAC contractors I spoke with John Morris of Morris Heat and Air. I spoke briefly with John and could easily tell he is an honest man. So, I had them come to our home for an onsite visit. Afterwards, John provided thorough written estimates with his recommendations for a ducted or ductless system. Although he was busy, John made himself available to discus the pros and cons of each system so I could make an informed decision. I felt so comfortable hiring John that I paid the full estimated bill in advance. These guys worked all hours of the day, late into the evening and through the weekend including Sunday. Rude and unpleasant. We called for a quoted and who ever answered the phone was a complete d**k to my wife and then rude to me when I got on the phone. We called another local company and was treated with respect.

I texted them about my dryer this afternoon, not sure if a place that specializes in HVAC would handle such a job. I got a message back from John within the hour, letting me know he’d be able to do it this evening if he had the part, which he did. He was in and out in no time flat and the dryer is now running like brand new. I have to say this has been one of the most satisfying transactions of my entire life.
