    One Heat & Air has never let us down! They have responded very quickly when our a/c went out a couple of years ago and had it running by the end of the day. We are getting ready to use them again to replace our home's entire system because we want something more energy efficient than the system our home came with. They have integrity, great knowledge and skill, and we have never had an issue with them. Highly recommend this company! I will give a review after our new system is put in also!

    I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of my husband and I to thank One Heat and Air for a professional job in replacing our 30 year old Heating & Air conditioning system.
    You have an excellent staff from the office to the installers. Hunter Wood and his team did a great job in reviewing the existing equipment, proposing ways to save money and ideas about what kind of thermostat to use.
    We felt from the beginning that we where in good hands and knew that we had made the right decision. However, seeing your staff in action was encouraging from their clean shirts, clean trucks and the way they conducted themselves was evidence of training and experience.
    We are looking forward to enjoying our new system for many years to come. And the best way to do so, is to keep up the maintenance with our service agreement with your company. Thank you for all you do.

    Great local company. We had a warranty issue with our a/c and they took care of it even though they were not the original installer. Jeremy had it back up and going very quickly. If you need your heat or air serviced I would definitely recommend them.

    My heater stopped working so I reached out to One Heat & Air the next morning. I have NEVER had a good experience with heat and air companies so I was a little skeptical, but I needed it fixed ASAP because my 1 year old was so cold at night. After I explained my situation to Mark, he had his office get in touch with me and came out within a couple of hours. Hunter and him found and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes and also showed me how to change the filters in my new units. Great experience and very happy to know I have a company I can call in the future.

    They do not honor their word and deals. They installed the HVAC system in our home with flexible piping that is known to leak (verbatim from their tech). Within 12 months of moving into our BRAND NEW home I had to call them because the line from the unit in the attic to the condenser was leaking. They did come out and recrimped the lines but I was told by their technician that those lines are known to have problems and the only fix is to replace it. Skip to year 2 and the lines had to be recrimped. Now year 3, they the fittings on that line had to be replaced. In order to not have to do this every year, we came to an agreement for $500 to replace the line. I waited over two month for them to schedule install and now today they said they need more money! HONOR YOUR WORD and get the deal done. Their excuse is that prices have gone up. Well, if you would have installed it when we agreed to the price, the prices wouldn’t have changed.

    They've serviced our AC/furnace tune ups seasonally, and we've called on them when we've had an issue with our older unit. Hunter is usually the tech who comes out. He is polite, professional and gets the job done. I recommend them to my friends and family.

    Will not stand by their work. Have had multiple service calls at a brand new house with a brand new unit and unit is still not working. Was never installed correctly and never worked right from the very beginning. Now they are refusing to service us at all claiming our builder never paid his bills. I offered to pay up front Bc bottom line is it has to be fixed and they said they cancelled our appointment and to call someone else and not call them again. Do NOT use this company unless you want horrible results. We have heard every excuse in the book: unit was clogged w construction debris, is leaking, bad install job, bad unit, not welded correctly, it’s “too hot outside and unit can’t keep up,”......

    A/C was frozen up & the tech came out and checked the system for defects and in conclusion he determined that the system was low and needed charging. The tech charged my system and went on his merry little way. No sales pitches or pressured sales. Allowed me and my wife to talk over options for the system that we have. Very professional, clean, service. I would have them back out again if I have a problem.

    I'm such a huge fan of One Heat & Air. They go above and beyond to find the problem and find, quick, affordable, and efficient solutions. I never feel like I'm getting ripped off or spoken down to. And they're super friendly. Definitely recommendthem to anyone in the area.
