Worst customer experience ever. very rude, bad attitude. just felt harassed for using their computer to fix a bulletin on a document before getting it printed. two employees just mad at 2:15 pm in the afternoon. not sure if they were ready to get off their shift. Will call in to the corporate not sure if they care but i dont need to be treated like this. I Asked for the store manager and he was right there and didn't care to address the issue.
i wish I could give zero stars. I had one good experience with them few months ago but this time around ,probably new employees. please give them some customer service 101 training.

Absolutely terrible. If you need your order on time, go somewhere else. This print crew completely forgot to complete my order and then accepted another knowing that they couldn’t fulfill it. A complete waste of time, effort, and money.

Horrible customer service or they need training, you tell me? I walk in with my children needing to send a fax, I wasn’t greeted, I asked if I could send a fax? Azaad stated, a woman behind the register could assist me, I said okay & we walked to the line. I see him walk away talking on his mic. Jennifer walks up & says… you’ll never guess.. I CAN SHOW YOU HOW TO DO IT YOURSELF AND ITS CHEAPER. Bruh… I’m looking so confused okay. Like 👀 I say, “I just asked him that. (I didn’t know anyones name at the time) She insists it’s cheaper and she can show me how to do it!! she was like he didn’t mean anything by it… 🤦🏾‍♀️ Hmmmmmmmm… so I decide to leave and start walking away because by now I’m uncomfortable.. Azaad decides to say is everything okay? I’m like are you new? Are you not trained? Because I’m so lost.. Jennifer asked me to leave because he couldn’t answer. (I’m already at the door by this time) SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT AM I MISSING?

I received the BEST Customer SERVICE today from Emma. I had an issue and was in dire need of printer help. Emma went above and beyond to assist me. I really appreciate the assistance I received today!! Thanks Emma!!

Found a unicorn of sorts in this place. Good selection of office chairs on site with price match. Super helpful female staff member that wheeled the chair up front while I shopped. Give them a try.

This store is fantastic! I never leave online reviews but I wanted to take a second to leave one for this store. Everyone is really kind and they work very hard to help you find what you are looking for. I just got done looking at several different stores for one item and couldn't find it. At one store the lady I ask didn't even take the time to show me where they might be. At office depot the operations manager Derek searched around the store until he found what I was looking for. If you need office supplies they will help you find what you are looking for. Ask for Derek!

My friend got a study book spiral bound at this location and I went in to do the same with mine. The lady told me she wouldn’t do it because the book was too large. I told her my friend had the same book done here and she refused to even double check if it was possible. I went to a different location (near quail) and they were able to do it without an issue.

The manager, Joshua aka Josh, took the time to handle all my questions, and helped me find the information I needed. Best Buy, who I had been with FOREVER, treated me HORRIBLY, therefore I was shopping for someone else to handle my needs. Joshua was helping me and at the same time being a diligent and an aware and great manager by being aware of another customer looking at computers. I have worked as a manager before and this had great marks in my book. I hope they do me right with there protection plan and because I am never going back to Best Buy EVER!!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND I HAVE VISITED TWO LOCATIONS, AND EVEN WAITED TIL XMAS TO PURCHASE A NEW LAPTOP, AND THEY MISSED OUT BIG TIME! WEBROOT DOES NOT WORK AND DIDN'T INSTALL UPDATES AROUND OCTOBER. I DID VIRUS SCANS ALL OF THE TIME AND WAS RELENTLESS CONDESCENDI BITTHOLRS WHEM THEIR PRODUCT WEBROOT WAS HACJED!!!
