10++ As a customer for many years, I will continue to only use Hill & Company for any electrical and plumbing issues. They provide excellent service ranging from the initial call, updates of service date, and, most importantly, the techs doing the actual service. Kayla was my tech today. Crew was on time and worked hard all day until job was complete. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very professional. I would highly recommend their services.

The estimator arrived as scheduled and performed a complete evaluation on-site, including taking pictures and making a recommendation to add an additional return duct. He explained to our satisfaction the reason and justification for all equipment and labor included in the proposal. When we made the decision to go forward with the install, he was able to get it scheduled the following day. It was a complete replacement of the entire heat and air conditioning system, which was far more efficient than our existing system. The installers were completely professional and courteous and always answered any questions we may have had during the install. We are very satisfied with the entire process and have used Hill & Company for routine maintenance for over 16 years. Would recommend them to anyone needing heat and air service or equipment.

I would recommend getting a second opinion. This year they can to visit me and after they looked around they told me that what I had going on was a big problem and told me that the price to fix it would be over 12000 dollars. They tried to replace my whole unit when in reality the only problem that I had was my thermostat. So I really do recommend getting a second opinion or could save you a lot of money.

First this that i want to is that you only called me after I posted my review, and if you think that I was meant to put 1,200 instead of 12,000 tell me do you think you could do this for 1,200?

Excellent workmanship, very professional and good communication. Kenny was very informative and knowledgeable and provided very thorough estimate regarding the type of plumbing repair that was needed for our home and did not try to sell us something more than what we needed.I would highly recommend these services.

This was our 6-month check-up. Once again, the technician was on time, courteous, professional, and efficient.
