I got a consultation for a HVAC installation which was thorough and helpful! Although what I hoped for was not an option, I found the consultant. to be very thorough, informative and straight forward all of which I very much appreciated!

Toan Nguyen came out on Christmas Eve, and a Saturday to fix our heater. What a blessing. So kind, quick, and the person that took our call got us in when I called that morning. Very thankful for this company and their ability to fix our heater so quickly and not charge an arm and a leg. Highly recommend this company and will continue to recommend them to others. Thank you!

Called to get an estimate on the morning of July 3rd (the day before a holiday). Dale came out that morning and did a thorough review and came back with a very detailed estimate. I told him I was getting another estimate and would not be making a decision until later that day. Dale was very professional with his follow up and provided me with some good information that helped me make my decision. I confirmed with Dale at 3pm that I had decided to go with Hill & Company and by 6pm my new heat pump was installed and running. The whole team was very professional and made quick work of the install. I have been very happy with my new Trane.

Tim Breslin the consultant was very thorough in explaining every detail and options I had. The crew that installed my unit were very helpful, courteous, professional, and skillful. They finished in half the time they thought it would take. Cleaned everything up. A.J. Explained and showed me everything I needed to know.

I stayed home from work today to allow Hill and Company access to the HVAC equipment. The appointment was suppposed to be between 8 AM and 1 PM for my HVAC checks. I have yet to get a call from the technician and feel this is unprofessional to leave someone hanging like this.

On my third experience, still very happy. Kenny did a wonderful job. He is efficient, and professional. He explains everything and tells me my options and cost up front. On my second repair Blaine and AJ came and fixed broken faucets in my shower, and were perfect also. Unlike some companies I have used, they are wholesome, and do it right the first time. Hill & Co is a little pricier than some, but their technicians are a cut above. They are knowledgeable and worth it.

My technician came right in and got to my ac unit checked it out and went to the back yard to finish up. He was very thorough and did a great job. Ben was excellent!!!

I purchased Smart Service last year, which should give us a discount for service, and put us on the list for immediate service should we have an issue. We had our heat serviced on 11/08/22 and was told the heat was working just fine. On 12/23/22 our heat would not come on. I told them to come at their first available appt. Because I didn't respond immediately they gave my appointment away. I've asked them to come 3 more times but they keep "not scheduling" because I don't respond immediately, even though I have said on every occasion that I am home all day and to please schedule.

First rate service! Grace was very friendly and professional. Kenny and Omar came out to our home and treated us with respect and were fair with us on pricing. Everything was disclosed up front and I really appreciate how they listened and made a plan to get us a fix. We signed up for their smart service HVAC plan, and we are very happy that we finally have a go-to guy for plumbing and HVAC. Great job!

Technician Todd was punctual, knowledgeable and communicated effectively. I hope to have him back on a regular basis for semi annual tuneup of my HVAC systems.
