Gober Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a technician, Kenneth, come out to work on our air conditioner yesterday and he was professional and did his best to resolve our issue. I find the receptionist, Michelle, to be a bit snippy at best but hey, it’s 100 degrees outside so I guess we all can be that way. When I made my concern with Michelle known Dana reached out personally (the residential manager, who has amazing customer service skills) and she made everything alright in my book. Exceptionally reasonable service fee and most employees I have dealt with have been excellent!

The blower/fan needed replacing. No AC!! Kenny expertly replaced the part & reinstalled the blower & checked the system. Gober gave us priority service due to the heat index.

Gober Heat & Air has provided great service for my family and extended family for years. The employees go out of their way to provide great customer service. The first time I used the company it was in the middle of the summer and I had a house full of kids with no air conditioning. They came out that day and took care of the problem with exceptional service and great pricing. I didn't even hesitate two years later when I was out of town and I had a smoked filled house when the heater went out to call them for assistance. My daughters were home and I trusted the employees to do what needed to be done while I was away. I highly recommend this company for any of your heat and air needs.
