These guys are the best around hands down. We've had them work on both of our units now, and the service is nothing short of amazing. They show up when they say, call when they say, and do an amazing job. We also had them install a new unit on the east side of our home where the old one was struggling, and it's like an arctic paradise in there now. We won't use anyone else now.
Once again, Eddie and his team exceeded my expectations. Our upstairs unit stopped cooling on the 4th of July weekend and I was shocked when I called Saturday morning to schedule an appointment and was told they could be there in a couple of hours. I was planning on having to wait until the week to have it repaired. They arrived right on time and quickly repaired the problem, which was still covered under warranty. The Technician clearly explained the issue and provided valuable insight as to how to properly maintain my system. Executive Heating and Air gets a A+ from me.
Eddie & the team at Executive are wonderful beyond words. We had an old home with an old unit and we had to have them come out multiple times to service it, eventually replacing it with a proper sized AC for our sq. footage. I cannot rave enough about the people and quality of work. They were always on time. They always told the truth (and by that I mean they never once tried to sell us something we didn't need or tried to convince us that something was catastrophically wrong and needed total replacing -- like ahem Air Comfort Solutions did). They never tracked in mud. They always respected our space. They never had music blaring from their truck. They never smoked on our property. Our technician Eddie is friendly, personable, quick and reliable. Once, they messed something up not realizing it, and when we called them back out a few days later, they admitted their mistake (they didn't have to be forthcoming because we had no idea) and fixed it for free. When we sold our house and the inspection cited a bogus AC "problem" (AC blows too cold, seriously how is that a problem) that we had to have looked at to sell. Eddie came out for free, checked out the AC and of course nothing was wrong, so he wrote a note to the inspector clearing up the misunderstanding which was accepted by the inspector and everything proceeded as normal.
Even the scheduler Disa is wonderful. She always calls when they're on their way. She even gave me some tips on dealing with our home warranty company so we can get Executive out to our new house instead of some random other company.
Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about this company. Great work, affordable and reliable people!
I Called and talked with a female, she asked for a lot of information and I gave it to her, I Have three properties that I wanted the A/C Tune up's done on, she assured me that I would receive a call back, never received that call back.
The owner accepted two of my after hours calls during the hottest time of the year. The repair was complicated and required the request/delivery of overnight shipped parts. The technician, (Tom) patiently explained all resolution options and ultimately made a professional repair that could not please more.

Arrived as promised for quote and provided me with options to replace my A/C with one of the best units on the market for a good price. My new unit is more efficient, operates quietly, and looks much nicer than my old unit. Also worth mentioning is that Eddie and his team ensured my new unit was installed in time for visiting family who would be staying at my house for the weekend. I had doubted any installer would be able take to take care of this job so quickly - but once Eddie learned that four 4 young children would be staying at my home over the next hot weekend - he made sure this job was done the same week before they arrived, thanks Executive Heating and Air!
They called us to make an appointment to do the yearly heater service. The service tech was supposed to have been at the house between 10am and 12pm. We waited until 2pm to call and see if the tech was going to be at the house. When we called the office they did not have an appointment and the office lady did not offer to reschedule the appointment. She seem not to care about us. Remember they called us to schedule the appointment. We will not be using Executive Air. When they installed the heater the tech did not adjust the gas flow and the heater was running to hot. They fix it after a season of running.
