These guys are ALWAYS the best bet. They are great to work with and respond extremely timely. I have used them close to a dozen times (had a really bad system) and they go through all the options with me every time. I have never felt upsold when they come by to fix something. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The problem was diagnosed quickly and they even installed the new unit on a Sunday in the rain! Tom and Eddie went above and beyond to help me and my family get the AC running. 10/10

The below response is a LIE. There were no contractors under the house after they left. Good answer but a LIE. DO NOT USE!!!!!! I had a new HVAC installed. When I discovered that a vent was not hook up I was told it came off after they left and would not even take care of a SMALL issue. DO NOT USE EDDIE or his company. HE EVEN HAS THE BBB NUMBER MEMORIZED TO GIVE TO YOU!!!!!!!.

I am unhappy with the cost of service and failure to fix the problem with an excessive cost last year. The same problem occurred this year with an even more expensive cost. I feel the original problem last year should have fixed the problem and not just adding coolant to the system. I was given several options of fixes and pay cost with this year's problem (same as last year), which was not offered last year by the owner.

These are the kind of guys I would like to do business with. They are customer oriented, trusted and excellent on their task. I would personally recommend Eddie the hvac expert who knows how to make Customer Satisfaction.

I have used Executive Heat and Air for the past five years and have always found them to be very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for service or replacement of existing heat or air.
