Job was to replace tub with walk-in shower. Replaced tub with 6 inch sides and didn’t even put in surrounding shower wall. So, they came back and this is the end result…

My Hot water tank went out and would not stay lit to heat the Hot Water .
They came out quickly the next morning and replaced the Thermal couple . They were quick and efficient in about an hours time.
We've used them several times both and very happy with their services.

Herman’s charged me double the cost of the material needed to fix our shower. The plumber acted like he didn’t know how much the part cost when he was the one making the quote? When I called they were not eager to help. I asked for verification of the cost of the part and they said they’d send me a breakdown that I have not received. They also charged me for an entire hour to replace something very small. Their process to get a plumber to the house was much better than other plumbers and communication up front was good but I’m disappointed with the cost and service I received.

Herman's Plumbing returned my call promptly when they opened today. They had appointments available, and were able to come out today. Justice was awesome, and was able to quickly identify the problem.

Update: Less than a year later the problem returned. Called 1-Tom-Plumbing to come out and fix the issue and they found a hole in the pipe that was missed during the initial remediation.

They were very quick and efficient at finding the leak and fixing the leak. They will be my new plumbers .

This job took an unexpected turn when it went from a three to four day job to a month and a half situation. Josh A worked alone on this job and only had a traineee with him that could only observe. He worked in 12 degree weather. My yard was left looking like war trenches and I was told to hire a landscaper to clean it up. This job cost me $12850. Not small change. It is a terrible mess. Not happy at alll.😡😡😡😡😡

Not only were they able to install same day, they came within two hours of my call, were extremely polite and knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently, went above and beyond to help me clean up the water inside as well as out, gave info on a water damage company, and gave concise estimates with information on options requested. Super sweet and professional (which is hard to balance), from start to finish and the new tank looks perfect. Thank you!!!
