ARP heat and air

My furnace was not providing heat. I called and made an appointment.
Charlie was punctual, determined the problem, and fixed it. The price was reasonable. Charlie was also very pleasant to work with. I will use ARP again.

Came out quickly on a Saturday when AC went out. Explained everything thoroughly and showed me all his gauges that measured Freon. In the past I've had AC guys charge me what I was sure was excessive amounts for Freon. Not so with Charlie. Seems very honest and I can tell he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him for your HVAC needs. I'll definitely use him in the future.

A/C went out in a weekend in summertime heat. Looked him up and thought I’d try him based on the all 5-star reviews. Never met him or used him before, but he took my call first thing on a Saturday AM. He troubleshot the issue with me over the phone and was able to talk me through fixing it myself! Charlie was great. He came out when he said he would. He put in a new heat and a/c to replace the 40 year old dinosaur system we had. He did the work as he said and completed as he said. He completed for the price he sad as well. He was great.
