We have used Charlie for several years now on repair of our old cheap a/c unit and he kept telling us that at some point and time that we will need to replace that unit because the builder installed a under sized unit when the house was built. Charlie was never overbearing or pushed us to spend the money right now and just came out to fix our unit when it would freeze up at the most bizarre times. Summer of 2020 it went out again and we decided to replace our heat and air and Charlie was outstanding! He gave us a very fair quote and even told us about an incentive that ONG was giving and provided us with the all the information that we needed to get the paperwork completed. After the unit was installed we had issues with it not cooling the house like predicted and Charlie came out every day for 3 days to make sure we were happy and come to find out the unit was not set properly from the factory and he did an outstanding job of getting this resolved. We could have not of used anyone else and been more satisfied! Charlie it was our pleasure to have you help us out! You are the definition of Honestly and integrity. Charlie answered the phone himself, asked questions to narrow down my issue, and was able to come by, same day, and resolve the problem. Very friendly as well.
