Needed service on my AC unit pretty quick, They were able to get to me within 24 hours, even a cranky Boomer can't complain about that. These guys were fast and very reasonable on their price too. 5 stars.

I tried and failed setting up my new smart thermostat. I called Overholt heating and air-conditioning and they were out the next day and had it installed in a matter of minutes. The best part about it for me; as a single woman is being able to trust the people that were in my home. I was also able to pay my invoice online, which I loved. I will never use anyone else else.

We have used Overholt Heat & Air for our business and residence. They are prompt, affordable and always willing to go the extra mile. An example of this was when our A/C went out in July. The tech drove to Tulsa to pick up the part so we wouldn't have to go any longer than necessary with out our air conditioner. That kind of service dedication is just who they are. I highly recommend them for all your heat and air needs.

Great company!! The office was super helpful and friendly and Brad and the guys did an amazing job! They were super quick and efficient, I would definitely use them again!

My moms heat was out. Blower just blew lukewarm air. We have the biggest snowstorm and below zero temperatures coming. I was more than worried about her as well as her pipes freezing. A friend recommended Overholt. My mom called at about 4 on Friday said they would be out Monday. She was like ok if thats all we can do. Shannon called her a couple hours later and said, no we cant let you be without heat this weekend. They came out today, saturday, and had it fixed in no time. It was a burned up wire on the ac. They were able to do a temporary fix and will come back this summer to fix it completely. I am so grateful they fixed it before the bad weather hits. They were compassionate, friendly and very professional. Thank you again and will most definitely use you for all our heat and air needs. Will recommend to everyone I know.

The Property Management company I work for has been doing business with Overholt Heating and Air. I can not personally say enough wonderful things about each one of their staff members. They have spent extra time explaining things to me in great detail and going above and beyond to make sure not only myself but the company I work for and most importantly our tenant's have the best customer service and quality of work.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! We had them come out to look at our AC (it was blowing cool air, but not enough to keep the house cold during this hot weather, thermostat read 83°). Tech arrived looked at the unit, said it was dirty and just cleaned it, charged us 120 bucks then left. We had to call him back that afternoon because it was still not working. The tech came back out, said it was the compressor and will prob need a new unit. Didn't know how much it would cost but would contact us to let us know. Never called us back to inform us how much it would cost! Horrible customer service! Got a 2nd opinion SINCE OVERHOLT WOULD NOT HELP US! The other company put us in a hotel since we have little kids and there was no way we could sleep in a hot house in this heat, and they came out the next day at 9am and installed a new unit!! I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH OVERHOLT HEATING & AIR EVER AGAIN, NOR WILL ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS!! -5 Stars!

We had a contract on a home that was to be sold and the air conditioner went out one day before the contract was to be signed. Overholt Heating and Air quickly assessed the situation, helped us with obtaining new products and made a very stressful situation easy and comfortable. They are quick, professional, kind and compassionate.

They were the worst. They charged an initial service fee. That is fine, but then they made a phone call to the office to see if they had a part. That cost us an extra $75. Didn't fix our air, they left and we never heard from them again. Never returned any of our phone calls. They cashed our check though. We sat in 90 degree plus house for two days and had to call another company. Avoid them like the plague please.
