Overholt Heating & Air Inc.

I have not used Overholt Heating & Air for the company I work for now yet. A technician is scheduled for tomorrow. I just wanted to point out that after calling several companies this morning, trying to schedule a commercial service call, I finally reached Amanda at Overholt Heating & Air who was kind and professional. Unlike the many companies I called previously. She didn’t act like she was doing me a favor by scheduling the appointment for me. Amanda was a breath of fresh air. You can tell she truly cares about helping people get their needs met. I will update my review tomorrow after the technician comes.

Overholt was extremely patient and helpful when our heat and air both went out. The problem was quickly assessed and they were patient while we dealt with our home warranty. This was something other companies failed to do when we were freaking out yesterday. As new home owners, that was probably the best thing about this experience.

Tommy was our technician and he was very kind and went above and beyond to explain things to me. I greatly appreciate how quickly our problem was solved and the level of customer service from tech to secretary. Thank you! We look forward to using you in the future to replace our entire system.

I highly recommend Overholt for all your heating and air needs. The lady that scheduled our service was so kind. Being without ac in the summer heat with a one-year old was stressful and she was very patient and accommodating. They were able to work us in sooner than expected and exceeded expectations. Our technician was Eric. He was very thorough and took time to explain the issue and how we could prolong the life of our system. He was really friendly and professional. Their price was fair too. Honestly, I can’t say enough positive things about our experience.

Wonderful same day service!
Called in due to our new home not cooling down in the afternoon and throughout the night we were miserable trying to sleep in a warm room in the middle of summer time.
Representative I spoke to on the phone was very professional and understanding. She scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Tyler came in and was very prompt, he even had his boot covers on -didnt expext that! but still pleased that he took the time to make sure he didn't track the dirt into the home He was very professional and explained what had happened and had the issue fixed. 👍🏼 Thank You OverHolt!!

They did a great job installing my AC and even fixed some things that my last furnace guys did on the fly. Professional, knowledgeable, went above and beyond, and at a competitive price. I will highly recommend Overholt for someone's heat and AC needs

Used Overholt 1 year ago to add a 2nd unit to home. Just recently had them out again for yearly maintenance as well as to fix a preexisting problem with the old AC duct work. They are some of the finest folks in any of the trades. I would recommend them every single time. They do great work and are better people.

A great company and better people! Brad and his crew are very good at what they do. Fair prices, all the way around, and excellent service! My experiences with them have been positive, especially when things might not look so hot to begin with... (See what I did there?)

Guy that look at our furnace did really well our attic entry is pretty small and he was able to get up there and do everything he needed to. They will be checking out our ac unit next. Good company and quick responses with emails.

Over the years me and my extended family have used Overholt Heating and air for our personal homes, new construction business and many remodel jobs. Once we found them we have never used anyone else. Top notch and very timely service. They are one of the only subcontractors I would allow to deal directly with my customers. 5 star all the way. I recommend them to everyone I can.
