I can not recommend Royal Blue Hill highly enough. Isom came out, right away, on SuperBowl Sunday. He assessed the condition of the HVAC system and made a temporary repair. The next morning, two gentlemen arrived to replace the furnace. The work was as excellent as the people are. You can’t go wrong with Royal Blue Hill.

They were amazing! Very friendly & helpful, patient & kind. Isom was honest when explaining what I needed, he didn’t pressure me or try to sell more than my house could accommodate. Tabitha was extremely helpful in answering finance questions & scheduling our install. They even did all the work for the PSO Rebate. We were impressed with their work & have already set up the maintenance for Spring & Fall. We are so happy to have found a honest local company!

Isom actually didn't fix anything, per say. However, on a 103 degree day where I'm sure there were a billion other people whose ACs were actually broken, he took his time explaining to me why my vents were not messed up as I thought. I can appreciate not only his obvious knowledge, but also his patience. When something does actually go wrong, I will be calling Royal Blue!

Amazing company. The crew they sent to replace my system were beyond professional. The kept us informed on what they were doing and took the time to answer all questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any HVAC work done.

Both Isom and Tabitha were very helpful and kind during our experience. We were without a furnace during a very cold spell and they worked diligently to get things moving quickly to repair our furnace. We will continue to use them in the future for all our heating and a/c needs. Thanks Royal Blue!! :)

I met Mr. Hill from when he had my new furnace installed last year. This time, the furnace was randomly turning itself off and letting the house get cold, only to randomly come back on hours later. Mr. Hill quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Perfect!

Update:
After I received this service from Mr. Hill, the problem quickly returned. I called and left a message, but never heard back. Now that it has gotten really cold, the problem returned. The temperature got down to 65 in the house for an hour or two, only to start again. This is exactly what was happening the last time I called.

Additionally, he had replaced my furnace, but his coworker set it up in such a manner that replacing the filter or even opening up the firnace is very difficult. The filter wasn't even held in place by anything, just set on top of a hole.This coworker also did not replace the coils on the side of the furnace, which led to my AC to break down.

Mr. Hill seems nice as a person, but as a heat/ac guy he failed me.

Recently had an experience with a family member who used this company. Every time I came over never worked properly they reached out with no response . Would say stay away save yourself a head ache and hvac problems. Would suggest using another company.
