Jeremy Miner was quick to respond to our call for service. He diagnosed the problem and had our AC running within 30 minutes of his arrival. He recommended a New System because of our systems age and general condition. We signed the Contract and our system was installed the same day !! Great Job, GRACO !! Very Satisfied and Very Comfortable !!

Called on Friday and had appt set for Monday. Got text that tech was on the way on Monday at 1:45 and 15 min later office called and said tech sent info to wrong person. Said tech was in whitesboro and had 1 more stop in Marietta and then to me
Tech never showed and office said he got stuck in healdton which he would have had to go by me to get to
Graco never called to reschedule appt so now would have to wait a couple of more days while ac is out in 95 degree weather. Customer service is rude so after 20 years of using Graco will have to switch to another company

Waited a almost a month for an estimate finally called in & was told they accidentally overlooked it. Employee on the phone was very nice she sent it out right away. The estimate totalled $36,000. I had it repaired locally for from another plumber for $2200.

He was fast & efficient, super nice guy. Every other company said they could come out today 7/5/22 but Graco did. Bonus, we got a great deal due to signing up for their preventative maintenance program. We saved $500.

They may be ok for service calls, but I wouldn't use them for another installation or anything else.

We had to have 2 heat pumps installed and honestly the sales part was the only part that was good compared to the other companies I dealt with. There was one issue out of their control during the install but they probably made 4 or 5 trips after the install to fix something the previous guy forgot to do or messed up. Not sure if it's management or lack of organization but they have a lot of potential if they just plan a little better. The good is is they were very responsive to the issues, the bad is they could have prevented the issues to begin with.

I called Graco to fix a faulty heating system over the weekend. They were wonderful communicators and sent a technician to investigate. It turned out to be an issue he thought would be covered by my warranty, so rather than working on it and voiding the warranty, he suggested I wait until Monday and call the installer come fix it. He drove an hour each way to look at it, so I was incredibly appreciative of his honesty. And he seemed very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business!

Our unit was having problems cooling. Shawn came out and started troubleshooting the system. He was very professional and knowledgeable and offered suggestions. Our unit was not repaired only because we chose not to at this time. but we do know what is wrong. Thank you for great service!

Unit working when tech arrived. Unit non functional before tech left. I was told they could not fix it and to call an electrician. Still charged by Graco. Visit by electrician and new company/tech and unit working perfectly. None of the issues noted by Graco. Graco employee called to sell new unit and seemed upset that I said no. Graco employee tried to justify problems. Seemed unprofessional to me. Graco tech too inexperienced. Could not even find filter.

Edit: Response to "not a legitimate review". I would be more than willing to show anyone the bill I paid for "services". Feel free to contact me directly. This does really show what a poor customer service your company provides and I would strongly advise anyone to be wary about dealing with such an outfit.

Update: One month later and unit still going strong. I have also had time to reflect upon Graco and their behavior. I find their practices very deceptive. The pushing of the sale of a new unit so hard and non stop. The response to my review. The Graco statement that my review was flagged for removal. Flagged by who? It was intended to diminish a real review with some real concerns. Hunter Super Techs may have not been cheap but at least they were honest. Graco is neither.

Amazing service! Our home system was completely replaced 2 days after we spoke to them about a quote. Everyone sent to work on our home was courteous and very knowledgeable, all of our questions were answered and all concerns were addressed. We will be using them for all further needs with heating and air.
