Great service, came quickly after a late evening phone call for a system that wasn't cooling. Didn't push us to buy parts we didn't need while giving an honest opinion about what we should do to have a functional unit. Will use again.

Best experience I have had with AC repair. Chris Boswell was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was right away. I will definitely use Graco again.

I would not recommend this company. We have a three 2 year old 5 ton Carrier units and they said they are not working on these units at this time. These are simple units and they cant handle that. Said they are to busy and not doing commercial work.

We were very pleased with the knowledge and ability of Brendon (BrEndon), We also enjoyed dealing with him. Good personality, polite, patient—great with our dogs! If every employee is of this caliber , we’ll be happy to continue using GRACO!

I have been in Ardmore for four years and have always done a great job. Every six months maintenance and two new complete systems. It was done quickly and efficiently.

The guy came in and in no time had it fixed. He looked over the unit and double checked everything. He was very professional and didn’t try to overcharge or sell me anything that I didn’t need.
