If you are looking for someone to work on your heating or air conditioning unit; I highly recommend this company. We needed to replace our air conditioner. I researched several companies and had 5 different quotes. Advanced Heating & Cooling were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Drew, the rep we worked with, provided quality detailed answers to my questions during the interview process and I had lots of questions. He was definitely informed about the product he was representing. I asked him to work with me on the cost and he did. The installation went very smoothly and the installers were professional. A few days later we had a problem with the furnace not working and they were out within a few hours to look at the problem. It was not clear if it was connected to the air conditioner being installed, but they fixed it anyway immediately, and at no cost to us. There were no questions or issues about it. I truly appreciated the way they handled it and think it is the cornerstone of a good company that can respond quickly and positively when a problem surfaces. I think they are an excellent company and will contact them when we are ready to replace the furnace.

The team from Advanced Heating & Cooling Services installed a new hot water tank at my residence. Right from the start they were excellent. Brian came to the house within two days of contact and gave me an estimate and Carter and Pat were there the following week for install. Even talking to Debbie, the individual that took my first contact call was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this agency for all heating and cooling Servies. Great and appreciative team!

Christian came out and replaced the exhaust vent cap on my house. High winds had done some damage in the area and blown it off. His attention to detail was impressive. He offered to take the cap to their sheet metal shop to try to repair it. When that wasn't possible, he took the time to ensure that the new cap was level and secure. I really appreciate someone who is professional in their demeanor and takes the time to do the job right.

Induction motor was cycling and not staying on to initiate the heat cycle. Technician found induction motor drain was blocked with debris probably from the flu. Once debris was cleared, motor ran fine and system is now working fine. Technician Lake Channel was very polite and had a great personality. I would recommend Advanced Heating and Cooling in a heartbeat! Thanks for all your help!

Had them install new air&heat system almost 4 years ago.was extremely pleased with entire process.Fair pricing and upfront with info about selection of equipment. No problems since then as system has had no problems. Continue to purchase filters and maintenance from them. Employees have always been very pleasant and helpful.

My parents had lived in their home for 64 years and unfortunately my dad had never replaced the original gas furnace. I guess he felt he knew enough about it to keep it going AND HE DID. Over the years he added air conditioning and changed the fan out once or twice, but that was it. Last year, the basement flooded and the rusty old furnace and hot water heater took their final "hit". I was looking after the house remotely (7+ hours away) and needed to depend on the furnace to get the home safely through the coming winter months (without a "pipe freeze"). I did a lot of online research and "asked around" with my parents neighbors and what few folks I still knew in Zanesville and came up with Advanced HVAC on my short list of companies. They were both a Trane and a Rheem dealer and I was familiar with the quality of those products in my own home. Since I was starting this process in late September I was worried whether I could find, quote, negotiate, schedule and install brand new equipment by the time temperatures dropped. Fortunately Advanced was my first call and I never looked back. Drew Williams (the hardest working guy in Zville HVAC) swept me up, got me quoted, gave me options to reduce costs, and assured me that Advanced could get the job done by early November (only 4 weeks after the purchase decision).

That's what happened! Further, the house was unoccupied and full of nice things but the staff of Advanced proved worthy of my trust (and I believe also... Yours). One more thing: there was a small 2nd furnace (Lennox) added for an addition on the 1st floor that had not worked properly for years. Separately, an Advanced Service Technician fixed it (new ignitor) while the main installation occurred downstairs. All went without a hitch at the same time.

My experience with Drew and other staff members I spoke with, Tanner (Service Dept.) and Debbie (Office), were professional and top-notch.

Finding a trustworthy HVAC company can be stressful. We called Advanced Heating & Cooling after having ongoing issues with our furnace the last few years, but especially the last few months.

Their service call tech, Ben, couldn't have been any nicer and more professional. He discovered and showed photos of the issue, and recommended a new furnace due to the age of our 1996 furnace. He carefully explained the issues.

Drew on the sales team was fantastic and fit us with the right Trane furnace for our wants and budget. The install team was clean and courteous.

Every single appointment they arrived early or on-time, which is impressive! Would definitely recommend if you want a professional experience and quality product installed.

The gentleman that came to fix my Trane unit was fantastic! As he was figuring out the problem, he also explained the "why" and the "what" of the potential issues. He was professional and through his patience and knowledge gained a repeat customer if/when the need occurs.

We decided to replace our furnace. We knew it was at least 25 years old. We got several quotes and decided to replace our dinosaur trane with a Mercedes heat pump. It's been over two weeks and so far we are beyond happy

This is my second home having Advanced install a new furnace and AC. They are very professional and friendly. They arrive when they say they will and they do a great job. I am very pleased with the products they sell and their installation.
