Excellent and on time service. Gas furnace installed 2 years ago. Tankless Water Heater installed 18 months ago . Today maintenance on furnace and installed whole house humidifier. Quality installations on all items. Service tech is very pleasant

They showed up when they said they would! Greg Martin was the one who fixed our dead furnace. He showed us what the problem was and explained everything to us. He had our house warm again. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Advanced will be the one we call if we need anything else.

We had a great experience purchasing a new Trane high efficiency A/C and furnace. From the first call asking if western Licking county was too far from Zainesville to get a price quote through the installation and follow up, Drew, Donnie, and Quentin performed their roles flawlessly. They were friendly, honest, capable, and truly customer oriented. We got three quotes. Advanced beat the pants off of both the other quotes, but we're left considering what a great company we hooked up with more so than how much we saved.
