All Weather has been our HVAC provider for many years. They installed a Carrier high efficiency furnace, heat pump and AC in 2014. We are all electric and our monthly budget beats gas and electric neighbor’s bills combined. Mason is our technician by request and represents All Weather in a caring and professional way.
Our furnace fan which affects heat and AC failed in the middle of the night. We called All Weather at 6:30 a.m. and Mason arrived at 10 a.m. as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new fan motor/module. The parts were covered on the remainder of our 10 year Carrier warranty.
Mason provides system checkups each spring and fall to give us a comfort level for trouble free cooling and heating.

The phone operator were knowledgeable , which impressed me from the start. She knew how to take care of my furnace questions by scheduling a cleaning and inspection. Kelly was my service man and i was very impressed at his knowledge . Ive lived in this house for 30 years , had this bottom of the barrel furnace for 8.( I unfortunately didn't use this company when the purchase was made). I was sure i would need to replace it , Kelly said no need, just needs a few things adjusted and now it runs as good as new. THANK YOU!!
I was charged double labor costs versus previous years using their services. I had R22 replacement and previous years the labor was included with the product cost....which was always detailed on their invoices. This time, without my knowledge, I was being charged separate labor rates. Also, they replaced a capacitor ($150 part) WITHOUT even advising it needed replaced or asking me. I had them put the old part back on. They also took my garden hose from the front of my house and drug it to the back and used my water without asking me. I could have hosed the AC fan out myself. They were CLEARLY killing time, and racking up labor charges until their next appointment. I had to go outside 3 times to ask the tech what was going on and why it was taking so long. It took them 3 times longer this visit than other visits for the same exact service...but this time it was literally double the cost. I know costs for R22 went up, but that is not the concern. This tech's game is to install extra parts without asking and run the clock for labor. He had to contact his "boss" about 5 times during the visit as well. I could tell the tech knew what he was doing, but it very much seemed like a cash grab between him and the lady on phone. I will not be using them again.
Kelly was very helpful answering my questions. He even showed me how to properly install the filters and how to use my thermostat. He did a great job and wore a face covering for the whole time he was at my home. I would recommend the company for anyone needing work done on their HVAC. Their price was very competitive and I'd give a 10/10!

He gave us several different options and was very knowledgeable and professional about every piece of equipment. We ended up going with a new complete high efficiency system that we will see a return investment on in as little as 3 yrs. Bo is a great asset to All Weather and we love the rest of the people. I highly recommend All Weather!
First time they came out, they couldn’t figure anything out. They left and charged us over $600. After we got the bill we called to question why the bill was so high. They had given me a run around that my whole system needed to be replaced ($7,000) or they could fix certain issues for $2,100.
I had called TH Martin Inc. to come out to give me a second opinion. Within 15 mins they found the issue. A pipe that was clogged causing a leak in my AC. They didn’t even charge me.
The TH Martin customer service worker said their reputation is everything to them. Obviously All Weather doesn’t care about their reputation.
Please don’t waste you time or money with this company.
Shaun was wonderful! My husband and I brought an older home in the spring and needed to get our heater checked for winter. He was very knowledgeable, honest and up front on the issues with our unit since it is dated - letting us know what need addressed now and what can wait. We are looking forward to working with them again in the future!
