My go-to company for all things HVAC. Always friendly, on time, easily accessible (can text to schedule appointments!), and do a great job. I also appreciate how the technicians don’t try to upsell me things I don’t need. They are always honest about how my system is doing. Yesterday the tech told me a part was getting worn, but not yet ready to replace. He explained the pros and cons of replacing, and never once tried to push me into a purchase. I very much appreciate this approach, and I have grown to trust All Weather.

6 year old furnace quit working. Had no preferred HVAC company, but wanted a local business. Googled and called a couple, but settled on All Weather as they were able to come out same day. Problem diagnosed as bad ECM on motor, supposedly common. Tech had to leave and go to Valley View for the part. Was gone several hours. Upon return he had a complete motor as our model apparently does not have a separately replaceable ECM. Installed new motor in about 20 minutes, ran some diagnostics, made adjustments and good to go. Except, the cheap plastic latch on the access door broke and the panel could only be secured with one latch. The broken latch was already partially broken before the tech arrived, not blaming him - poor design. But, it took over one month for a new latch to be delivered and installed. For the original problem the parts were still under warranty, but labor was not. It was not inexpensive and the tech misquoted the labor by almost $300 too high. I had to call the office to resolve that while he was on his parts run. Overall satisfied and will likely have All Weather perform annual service on the system.

Had an A/C issue possibly linked not only to electric but another issue. Tech gave his opinions which were based on years of experience yet explained so I could understand. Professional and as I am hearing impaired, he took the time to make sure I understood. Highly recommend and will use again.

Today was the spring start up for my A/C portion of new home construction. My new house has heated floors, zoned forced air heat and now air conditioning. Ray created and value engineered this flawless system from the start. Ryan completed the installation with utmost professionalism and quality. Rob brought it all together with his superior experience and complete HVAC knowledge. A fantastic team to work with and a pivotal part to making my family’s dream home come to fruition.

Took two days to tear out and install new furnace and AC. Top of the line products. The air conditioner I wanted was out of stock so they upgraded me for free in order to get the job done while I was on break from work. Great guys, super friendly and conscious of your space while working. Showed me how to use the new system and answered all my questions. If I emailed they got back to me immediately. Would 100% recommend.

Very professional and trustworthy walked me through every step and explained in detail what needed to be done. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. In todays market where everything is so much more expensive and companies are just looking to make a buck. Update**** new A/c System works Great as well as Heat strips I had installed to replace baseboard Heat. Already saving money on my electric Bill. Techs were respectful of my time and my home, cleaned up after themselves which was a huge plus for me. The financing was easy and quick no hidden fees or surprises. Got a great 0% APR for the term of my loan which I plan to pay off by years end. If you need a company you can trust with your A/C needs. These are definitely the pros to get the job done. I would highly recommend this company for commercial HVAC repair.
