First time having to replace a furnace. I decided to get the furnace and AC installed together. Mike Dee's came out and quoted me various furnace and AC unit combos. Mike pulled all the necessary permits for my area. Lisa contacted me to schedule when the work would be completed and she answered all of my questions, even when I called her multiple times in one day(still sorry about that). I'm so grateful they were able to work with my schedule to give me heat for the winter. He then sent out his crew which included Frank. Frank and crew did an amazing job installing. I'm so glad I went with Dee's Heating and Cooling. I am on their semiannually maintenance plan and I look forward to having them as my go to HVAC company!!

Back in December 2021/Jan. 2022 my furnace needed replaced ASAP. I shopped around for new HVAC systems the price, timing and quality of the A/C and furnace by Dee's was unmatched. My house has never been so comfortable because of them! The new thermostat is so user friendly and not at all complicated. You can even access it when you aren't home through a mobile app.

Today Mike came out and did my semi-annual maintenance inspection. Ensuring the entire system is running at its optimal level. He informed me of any issues (which there were none) and some tips to help keep my system running great between each maintenance inspection.

Mike, Lisa, Frank and team are reliable, timely, and they know what they are talking about. Dee's Heating and Cooling is a small, family run, and local company that actually cares about their customers. Any and every HVAC question or concern I have I will always call Dee's Heating and Cooling!
