Mike came out and performed routine maintenance on our furnace. He was on time and very professional. It was only a three day lead time from when I scheduled the appointment. I could not be happier with the service that I received.

Highly recommend this company. I don't normally do reviews but this one is necessary. On the 4th of July our Air conditioning stopped working. Unfortunately, my boyfriend has a heart condition and can not be with out for a long period of time. I had heard good things about Dee's Heating and Cooling and gave them a call on the 4th. Michael Dee actually answered the phone and said he would call me back first thing in the morning and come out to look at it on the 5th. He called as promised and came out the same day! He explained in terms I could understand and showed me what was going on. We needed a whole new Air Conditioner. I explained our situation. He adjusted his schedule and made our job urgent. Couldn't believe how accommodating and understanding Michael was. He was out today the 6th and we have cool air. We were impressed with the quality of the products, how reasonably priced it was for being an urgent call, did what they said and he took the time to explain our new system to us and how it works. Thank you so much!

Came out within two hours and got our furnace back up and running. Professional, prompt, and friendly staff.
