I have called on Ayers Mechanical a lot throughout the years mostly for plumbing. I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work or their workers. I always appreciate them going out of their way to ensure the job is done right and making sure that we are satisfied. I've never had a bad experience with the workers that come out to my house. They have always been respectful and professional.
Zach Ayers will go the extra mile. The way he does business is hard to come by these days. Someone who truly cares about doing business the old fashioned way. I appreciate it so much.

Would have preferred to give 0 stars but that’s not an option. Despite paying in full in advance to the service being completed, it took weeks+ to get on the schedule, we had to constantly call or email for updates, and then magically when I asked for our money back we were on the schedule.

We went ahead and cancelled our service, received our refund, and used another company. When the other company arrived they immediately discovered the ducts couldn’t safely be cleaned by traditional means and devised another plan. When Ayer’s came to check out our home and to provide a quote there was no mention of the harm that could come from having the ducts clean. I would not recommend this company for duct cleaning based on the horrendous communication and because they would have put my family’s health in danger (I would like to think unknowingly but it goes to show that this isn’t their specialty service).

Since our original review Ayers called and left a voicemail to discuss this review but ended the voicemail with a threat to sue for defamation. We called back and left a voicemail but no callback/discussion before their below response. Still no call back.

We never said that a dangerous service was performed. We said the intent to perform a dangerous service was there because you came and gathered information for an estimate, you devised a plan, we paid 100% of the estimate (even though 50% was required), and you accepted our payment. Your scheduling process was not clear to us (also, why would I have no input on when the service is performed, rather I’m “put on the schedule”), and then another company came and immediately identified the danger if the service was performed. Why did you not identify the same danger?

And to clarify to your statement about “3-4 weeks before service,” I had no problem with that. I had a problem with not being scheduled after paying a substantial amount with no communication from your end. I had to call or email every time for an update. I needed to be able to coordinate within our household for you to be able to come and perform the work.

Future customers have the right to read about our experience and know that if they write a negative review, they could be threatened with a lawsuit.

Have had them out to my property before. Could even give the receptionist specifics about who worked on my address, but since they can’t find me in the computer, I’m now again, a new customer and have to put down a credit card to get service. Even after I could give the receptionist everything that happened during their last visit, she would not book me an appointment. Very disappointing customer service. Receptionist even mentioned they had computer issues and lost data, but still would not book me without a credit card on file.waited around all day for a call back and got the run around. I would choose someone more professional

Paid $214.00 for nothing. I gave 3 stars because we’ve had work done by different techs from this business and they did a good job. I called because AC fan was noisy after heavy rainfall. The tech arrived , popped and access panel , jumped the motor, moved the motor with a screwdriver something I already did before he arrived to see if the motor was froze. Tech said motor was shot and he could probably replace it for $750.00 🙄 but he didn’t have one so we had a replace unit quote done. The tech said go ahead and use it. Once the unit dried out noise vanished and AC unit has ran quiet ever since.

Got the bill several days later. Fastest billing service we ever seen.
$68 just to get a tech to show. Service call fee
$139 1.5 hours labor
$7 fuel surcharge.

He was on my AC unit max 10 minutes, fixed nothing. I didn’t watch the clock but he did set in his truck doing what I don’t know for sometime. Maybe he charged me time because he forgot his tools which I picked up for him that he came back to pick up later. So in ending we paid our bill but got nothing for our money. Just putting this out there. Nothing personal.

Do not recommend! They have people that don't know what they are doing. The person they sent out to my house didn't know anything about my heater or thermostat. He moved my thermostat at my request but some odd reason it didn't turn on so he installed a new one. After this past week I took the time to figure out why it didn't work. So my old thermostat works and when I called them they just said they could have someone come out to install it for the same cost I just paid. Even though it was their tech that didn't want to take the time realize the old thermostat just needed to be reset. Ayers is just money hungry and don't care about doing quality work.

Had a great time talking to a sarcastic judgmental voice on the other end of the phone. Not only was staff rude and non accommodating. They were also very professional the first visit. Then more seemed to magically need replacing. Wow! Imagine that... it's going to be more money. By the way we ordered the wrong parts anyway. We might be back tomorrow. Oh wait wrong parts again. Heck. We haven't even started anything yet. We will try again tomorrow... but wait. There's more.... Not only did we order the wrong parts again but we are going to do even more work. Which is even more money. We still haven't started fixing anything yet again. Maybe tomorrow? I wouldn't call these guys if you want the job done. They will just rack up the cost and screw up every time they order anything. Go somewhere else.

Terrence was a welcomed sight to us cold old couple. He got our furnace running and boy were we glad . It was 52 in here before he fixed it. Now we are sitting at warm 68! Thank you Terrence!

Everyone at Ayers was absolutely incredible in helping me.. even though I was not able to afford the services offered to me, I would definitely recommend others to use Ayers for all of your needs.

don't use these guys they are known for overcharging customers and Brandon the sales man is nothing more than a rip off artist like a bad used car salesman their rep around van wert Is that they over charge and rip you off do not use them no way.
