A & A Mechanical

Our furnace went out back in January just a week before we were to get the lowest temperatures of the year. I called up A & A and they came out within a hour. The gentleman that come, looked over the furnace, got it running, and told us that there was bad news...the heat exchanger was rusted really bad and the blower motor bearings where almost shot. I already new this, so I know he was being honest and not trying to just sell us a furnace. We asked for a quote on a new furnace, he gave us several options to look at. Wife and I thought about it and said yes, lets put in a new furnace before we lose ours, and with our luck, it would be at the worst time. So we talked to Cliff, set up the really easy financing, and set a date for the furnace to be installed.
The day our furnace was to be installed, I woke early and went down starts to find our sump pump stopped working and the basement had a foot of water in it! I called Cliff and he said he could see if he could do another customers install that was scheduled for the day after, on our day, and do ours the next. The next day, after I installed a new sump system and now a backup system, Cliff came to the house and put the furnace in. I really enjoyed talking with him while he did the install. He was professional and knew his stuff! If you want honesty, courteously and professionalism, I recommend A&A. We love our new furnace system, it really keeps our old farm house so much warmer. All we can say is THANKS A&A AGAIN!

Called to have someone come over for plumbing issues and the guy was very snippy and told me that they don't do plumbing. Then why does it say that you guys do?
