Call about the problem we was having and it was later in the day when I did call once he answered the phone he booked our appointment for next day. Once he showed up he went straight to work and got everything fixed you quickly. He is very friendly and affordable! Job well done and right before the heat wave 👏 my husband and I are very happy

Brian come out on a Saturday to give us a estimate for a brand new furnace as mine had went out the day before. When he arrived he was straight to the point and explained things to me in way that I could understand and not like I was the one installing the furnaces. Everything he said he would do he did and then some. The crew that installed my furnace had the same attitude as he did. I would not hesitate to call Shrek heating and cooling anytime in the future.

Though I did not go with Shrek they were very nice to deal with. Their timing and pricing was very good and more than competitive. I would highly recommend calling them..

I called shrek heating and air conditioning because I couldn't find out why my furnace wasn't working properly. They were able to come to my house within a couple hrs. After he did a thorough job cleaning the furnace he diagnosed the problem as a faulty switch and was able to replace it the same day and most importantly cheaply. I initially thought it was going to be an expensive repair, but thanks to their professionalism and honesty it wasn't. I would definitely call them again if needed.

Our house was without heat for two weeks. No one I called could solve the problem until Brian answered my call on Saturday night. He and his company were at the house on Sunday morning and by Monday night our heat was restored. They followed up with great knowledge and professionalism. I now have a great heating and air company to call when I need them!
