After getting bids from 3 other HVAC companies in the Toledo area, we recently had the Shrek team install a new furnace in a rental property in Toledo and it was an overall positive experience. The owner, Brian, and his team (Rob, Devin, and the office staff) were a pleasure to work with. They were professional and knowledgeable and provided good communication regarding progress updates. Their performance went above and beyond expectations by lighting the pilot on the hot water heater and making recommendations for other repairs to the home that we may want to consider (from other trades, NOT additional items to pad their bill). We found Shrek Heating to be reputable and trustworthy. We would recommend them to others and will use their services for other properties in the future.

Huge shout-out to this business! They replaced my central air unit for me. The quality of equipment is great. The warranty is one of the best in the area. The pricing was FAR better than anyone else's without having to sacrifice quality. Devon and Rob were on time and very professional. They made sure to take the time to show me what was done so I understood everything. They even helped me with a small last minute pipe replacement above my water heater! I can't say enough about these guys, I am extremely happy with the service this company provided. Thank you!

READ THIS: I searched endlessly for a company that had even heard of an electric boiler, let alone repair one. I called almost all the major heating and cooling companies in Toledo and the surrounding area when I came to my wits’ end. Then, I called Shrek Heating & Air Conditioning. Brian reassured me that he would come out and take a look at my boiler. When all was said and done, he not only fixed the issue but also explained to me in plain English how my boiler system functioned. His professionalism and reassuring manner guaranteed I will defiantly call them again soon for more work.

Shrek was fantastic to work with, they were helpful in setting up a time that worked best for our schedule and were quick to come out and replace our furnace.
