This company is indeed a SHAM. The pattern of their behavior speaks volumes. Overpriced service, repeat charging of the SAME issue. Google does not allow 0 stars unfortunately. The company NEVER responded to any of the below complaints, simply stating that some of the reviews used aliases that they couldn’t find that customers name in the system. I am going to have the county and potentially the state do a full investigation on your business practices!!!

We have dealt with Shamy for years, they have great people working for them. Installs prove them to be knowledgeable and very hard workers. We highly recommend this company for your heating or cooling needs.

Shamy Heating & Cooling was fantastic!
With a week of 90 degree weather we did not expect to be able to receive same day service with any company. We had a technician here within an hour of calling and our AC was repaired less than 45 minutes later!
The technician, Josh, was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and went out of his way to get information for us.

I definitely recommend Shamy Heating & Cooling to anyone needing service.

lied about maintenance program, didn't service A/C, tried to mark furnace as high CO levels to scare us into buying one of their price gouged heating units, drilled into the unit without permission or consent and then put a unsafe label on the unit to scare away a second opinion which verified they were lying. do not trust shamy.

I purchased a Lennox furnace and air conditioning unit from Shamy Heating in August 2018 for the home where my daughter and 2 grandsons were living. The HVAC appeared to be working properly, the AC was cool and the furnace kept the house warm in the winter. I moved into this home in June 2019 and the AC was extremely efficient. But when it came to the colder months I noticed the heat was not working as I expected.While my daughter was in the home she kept the heat at a constant temperature, but I like it cooler at night. When I turned down the temp in the home it would take 3 or 4 hours to recover to the daytime temperature. Turns out this was a sensor issue with the furnace. The point of this review is how great Shamy Heating responded to the issue 15 months after insallation! On several occasions I was able to talk to Mark, the service manager. The ultimate fix took a little time but I was never without heat. The technician sent to my home, George, was great! Mary and the office staff are a pleasure to work with and both Mark and George gave me great tips to optimize the air flow in my 2200 sq ft home. The furnace is running great and all areas of the home are very comfortable now! All this was done at no charge to me! The after sale service was above and beyond! I also need to mention Jason who sold me on this system. At the time of the sale it seemed like he was making some outrageous claims but this system has performed as Jason said it would. I would recommend Shamy Heating for your HVAC needs especially due to the amazing after sale service I have experienced!

My sister Sharon has been getting the "run around" by this company. Shamy came out yesterday to do an annual checkup on her 8 year old furnace which was working properly, and before they left, they told her it was in good condition and operating well. Right after they left, her house started to get cold and she realized the furnace was blowing cold air only, even though the thermostat was set at 72 degrees. So she called Shamy right away and the technician came back to check on it; he couldn't figure it out, so then he called in a second technician to "figure it out". They then determined she had bad "valves" that need replacing. They gave her a room heater to keep overnight and said they'd be back early this morning; they didn't come back this morning or call her, so she called them to ask if they were coming to fix her furnace, and they told her they won't be there until this afternoon, and they still aren't there yet (it's now 3:45 pm). She told them she would have appreciated a call to let her know they weren't coming in the morning but got nowhere with them This sounds like a total scam, don't you think so? Her furnace was working just fine until this technician came in to do the annual checkup on her furnace, after which time, it was dysfunctional! So now they want over $100 to "fix" the problem. I recommend that you don't use this "sham" of a company to service your water heater, A/C, or furnace! They

Used them recently for AC repair and stated this was not an emergency. Needed a capacitor replaced. Very professional and quick. However VERY over priced. Used them in the past for furnace maintenance. Will not use them again. I don't mind paying top dollar for good service but was charged almost double for this type of professional service.

Great service and experience. Super prompt to service request, less than 24 hours to be exact! Ben our tech was right on time. Super professional, very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me and my gazillion questions. Very very nice guy. Phone staff was very friendly too. Pricing was fair and comparable.. will be using them again if needed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.... great local family owned business!! Thanks Shamy!!!

not too happy with shamy right now. about 9 months ago i had a tech out to my home to fix my water heater. two weeks ago i had a tech come to my home again for the water heater which ended up being the exact same issue as 9 months ago. the first call was $41.00 and the second $134.00. the exact same work was done on my water heater both times!! in fact before the tech came out the second time i had a feeling it was the same issue so i cleaned around the area with a vacuum and even left the screws undone so the tech wouldn't have to waste time doing it. I have contacted shamy three times about the price difference and was told someone would get back with me. still havent heard a thing!!!

I've used Shamy Heating & Cooling at both my old house and my new house. Not only have they been extremely professional and courteous, they have provided us excellent service through the years. I have referred them to friends and family and give them my highest endorsement.
