Force Heating and Cooling

So disappointed and angry at the dishonesty! I hired Force Heating and Cooling to do my annual heater cleaning. They did a good job with that, but they unplugged my sump pump to plug in their shop vac, and they forgot to plug it back in! My basement, of course, then flooded. Instead of being honest about it, apologizing, and offering to help, they lied and said they never unplugged it. It was a week before their insurance agent finally came out and after an investigation, determined they had indeed lied. I had already used my own money for the clean-up because it needed to be done right away or I would have gotten mold. I was reimbursed for the cleaning fees by the insurance company, but I was not given enough to replace my damaged carpeting. i have never had water in my basement before so the value of my house has now decreased. I would not have been nearly as upset if they had just been honest and caring about the situation. Instead, they lied repeatedly and would not even return my calls when it happened. :(

I called Force to fix my furnace, they were able to come the next day. The tech that came to my home, explained everything he was checking and why. He even saved me some money telling me where to buy the part and how easy it was going to be replacing it myself. He even called the parts store and had them set it aside for me to pick up myself. It's awesome knowing the tech wasn't trying to rip me off but save me money. Thanks Force.

Our furnace went out and called Perez and he responded immediately. He is very trust worthy and looks out for his customers. Not only that we are seniors and they give a discount to seniors. Our furnace was 21 yrs old and they put a new one in and very neat about their work. I wish I could give them a 10 but I could.only give a 5.

I would definitely recommend contacting Force for any of your HVAC needs. Residential or commercial, not only are the techs very knowledgeable but are also very honest as well! They were prompt, determined and extremely personable. Not only did they fix the extremely sketchy work of another HVAC company but they also saved me money! I not only trusted them in my home, but I trusted that the money I was paying for their work was absolutely worth it. Thanks Force! I will definitely notify all of my friends and family of your awesome service,but I'm also positive if I ever need any further work done you'll be the company I contact!

Calling Force was the best thing I’ve done in a long time. They were on time, curtious, and made helpful suggestions on ways to save money. They charged less than others and did a much better job. I saved their number in my phone and will be using them from now on, no questions. I highly recommend them to everyone in area with heating/cooling needs.

He came in on time and and told me what he thought was wrong and what he hoped wasn't wrong. Turned out it was a quick fix for him and my furnace runs great now! I wish I had gotten his name to recommend him but either way I'm definitely telling other people about this company. 10/10 service.

We just had a new furnace installed by Force Heating and Cooling. Perez and Austin were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They laid down drop cloths wherever they walked and got the job done in a timely fashion. In and out in 4 hours and the house is nice and warm and ready for the coldest day of the fall.

I would recommend Force Heating and Cooling to everyone in need of professional service. My parents were needing a hot water tank, furnace, and air conditioning unit replaced and as we know that can be very costly. Force Heating and Cooling was the by far the best price compared to others in the market place. With his professionalism, friendly, prompt, and quality service - my parents were very impressed with their decision!!

Perez and his assistant were both awsome. On time, figured out the problem and fixed quickly. Great communication and very professional. Saved me money. Great knowing who to call now for heating and cooling. Greatly appreciated their help.

When technician came to my house he was on time and clearly articulated what was going on with my system. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options on repair or replacing my system based on my budget. I cannot say enough about how I was treated and how he made me feel like my interests and needs were most important. Thanks Johnny
