Finally Received My Rebate. 2022......UNACCEPTABLE RESPONSE FROM OWNER> If a business runs a promotion and then does not fulfill it, it is called FALSE ADVERTISING. I assume you received payment from Carrier and Home Depot. I have made payments and "things were difficult" for everyone. If it was my business or a promotion my marketing department ran, my word would matter. Yours does not. Bottom line you screwed me and then ignored me. Finally, the rebate came almost a YEAR later. ......I am a marketing professional and know how important reviews are for businesses and truly think twice before leaving negative comments, but I have been beyond patient and wanted to warn future customers. Installation and products excellent, some a little pricey, but solid installation team. Arco Comfort Air is the only Home Depot certified installer for air conditioning units in the area. That was why I picked them and the 0% Financing offered by Home Depot. I hired Arco to not only replace my air conditioning unit which died in May 2021, but replace the furnace and hot water tank. This was a substantial investment which provided a $750 rebate after purchase. Fast forward 6 months later, multiple calls to the sales rep (Rose Anne), who pushed this back to the office to the office where "it is not in our hands, it is in Home Depot's" and "a manager (Steve) will call you back, they are in a meeting" and no reply after no reply. This is unacceptable and shows you their follow up. UNACCEPTABLE
He did a diagnostic check of our air conditioning because we thought we might have a freon leak.
Bryan Hughes called 15 minutes out from his arrival. He arrived on time with proper identification obviously displayed. Bryan was courteous, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. I had the privilege of being with him during all of his work. He politely explained everything he was doing and answered my questions. When done he gave me unbiased answers to the condition of our heating and air conditioning systems. Bryan also encouraged us to call if we had any other concerns. As it turned out, we had no problems with a freon leak.
If we had to rate Bryan on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, Bryan would get a 20. I certainly would call Arco again, especially with employees like Bryan Hughes.
5 Stars hands down! We had our home A/C unit go out, just as summer is about to start. Chad came out to give us an estimate for replacement and he was amazing. The owner Brian followed up simply wanted to know what he could do to earn our business. Danielle gave us all of the details we needed to finalize the estimate. Jeff came out and he worked very fast and is a hard worker that knows what he is doing.
Compared to their competitors, they had a better system, comparable price, better warranty, and just better service and people. They get it done and I was amazed. I seriously don't know how they could have done anything better! I don't know Browns tickets for free?
Update: Kenny came out and had to replace a part, once again great service. Arco is awesome!
The technician (Ryan Prinkey) was extremely professional!! He came in, addressed all issues immediately, and even took the time to tighten a handrail on my basement stairs so I would not hurt myself! What a thoughtful young man! I will definitely continue to use the services of Arco!
Ryan was great. Very personable and professional. Sincerely appreciate the service and response to our needs and willingness to make sure are needs were addressed. Will continue to have them back.
First time using Arco and so far everything looks pretty good. Everybody very polite and easy to talk to. They explained everything very clearly. My appointment was scheduled between 8 to 12 and they were at home ready to start around 8a
Rick was friendly and professional. He answered my questions and took care of an issue I had with the furnace filter. I’m pleased with his attention to details.
Arco installed my furnace and ac system a few years ago and does the maintenance (clean and check system) 2x a year. I have not needed service calls yet but they have done a great job so far.
Henry is very pleasant and professional. Came back out since we had a leak. On original day left front door open a few times letting cold air in and bathroom floor had a lot of pieces of metal or wood. Not sure what is was. Other than that he did a great job and you should be proud of him. Not sure of Jeremy. I think he did a lot of the work too.
