Henry was great very professional, clean up was great ,and very nice thanks

I was called over and over until I finally set up an appointment. Took the time off work was told a time between 1-5pm. I never received a phone call or anything. When I tried to call them the next day the girl knew my name immediately when I told her what had happened she said the rep must have been tied up. To which my answer was why did they not at least call so I wasn't trapped at home that whole time and without pay. I still a week later have not received a call from anyone with an apology or anything from anyone. Very poor business practices the next step for me is going to be to call HomeDepot corporate offices so they know how bad they are being represented.

The Technician, Brian was extremely professional, was very detailed with his recommendations and did a great job answering my questions. Work was completed as quoted-outstanding service!

Derek Lau is a very knowledgeable and efficient technician. He had been to my house 2 previous times: one for a replacement heater following a basement flood and the second time to replace the humidifier. Two days ago my air conditioner stopped working and this morning I had no heat. Derek was very good in diagnosing the problem and replaced my thermostat with an Ecobee thermostat- he was very thorough in his explanations on the operation of the thermostat and helped me with the set up of an app and account so I am able to run the thermostat remotely. It is rare to find someone who definitely knows his field well and is extremely good at his work. I commend ARCO for having such an outstanding technician.

I had this company install a toilet for me, they were professional and very friendly. We even had an issue a month later, they came out for free and fixed the issue and it wasn't even what i expected. It's very rare i think someone is 5 stars, but they earned the rating hands down. Thank you Henry for the great service!

90 and humid and the AC goes out. Called them after 4pm. Arco came out the next day, early, and took care of the problem. Brian was very professional and did a great job overall. Thanks, ARCO.

My husband, Henry met with Henry M. from Arco Comfort Air, LLC on Friday, July 26, 2019 for an installation of a new toilet at our other property and was very impressed with him and the service he provided! When Henry M. first arrived and assessed the job he informed my husband there would be an additional fee for a part required to meet code for the job. Henry M. was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He was able to answer all of my husbands questions. The work was completed in a timely manner and he cleaned up after completing the job. My husband said it was a pleasure to do business with Arco Comfort Air, LLC and he will definitely call them again if another job comes up and highly recommend them to others. Thank you for exceeding our expectations and a job well done!

Derek is knowledgeable, punctual, considerate, hard-working, and a definite asset to the company. I’ve also had a great experience with the office staff. I would highly recommend this company.

Derek the technician was great!! Knowledgeable guy (despite being ex army lol) he gave pro tips to help maintain our equipment. Very nice and professional. Phone customer service was very nice and professional also.

Super responsive, diagnosed issue, ordered us a new unit. Worth it!
