Our new heating and cooling system is fantastic. The technicians were very respectful of my home. Great care was given to insure the job was completed. Answered all my questions. Overall very happy with the job well done!

We cannot say enough about the professional and quality of service we always receive from Burkett's. They installed a new boiler in our very old home, and did not leave until they were sure we would have heat for Thanksgiving. They provided us with contact info just in case we had any problems over the holiday weekend. We will definitely use Burkett's for all future needs!

Our current AC unit was not working properly so we called Burkett's to come and take a look at it as they originally installed it when our house was built 6 years ago. They came out the next day and discovered there was damage to our coil that required replacement. John checked immediately on our warranty for us and discovered that our builder did not register the unit on our behalf; therefore, causing our 10-year warranty to become a 5-year warranty which had expired. The price on the part was over $3,000 alone so we opted to get an entirely new AC system. John had his team deliver and install it the very next day. For our trouble, he provided a service to our furnace to prepare us for the winter at no additional charge. The new unit came with a 10-year warranty and they offered to register the product for us. That is what true customer service is about! Thank you, John and team, for getting us up and running again just in time for some fall heat. We appreciate you! I would highly recommend Burkett's to anyone that asks.

Called being heater was not staying on, they were out here within 15 minutes and had us up and running within another 15 minutes. Being in the middle of a winter storm was amazed at the response time and the professionalism. We would recommend Burkett’s to everyone.

We lost air conditioning this summer and called Burkett’s. John was at my house within a few hours of my call, and figured out my problem right away. Unfortunately we needed a fan motor that had to be ordered, but John went straight back to the office and ordered the part. The part arrived a day early and John brought it right out and had our a/c going within 2 days of my initial call. Great service, friendly and professional staff, good value, cool house! Called to get my A/C unit cleaned and maintenanced. We found they had a coupon for services in the Valupak. The guy showed up and was here for about 4 minutes and he found an issue with my system having a coolant leak somewhere. Then he left and we got charged $80 for them to do nothing. Would have been nice to know that if they find an issue they dont even clean the unit because its a waste of their time.

The process was very quick and precise from quote until final installation. Was very pleased with the product and professionalism shown by Burketts. Would highly recommend for any of your HVAC needs!
