We were in a tough spot and needed someone to fix a problem another HVAC company created so I reached out just to see if we could get our system looked at and operational. Burkett's responded immediately and had a new unit installed and we were finally working within days of my initial call. Thor (the owner) was incredibly kind, walked us through the problem and what the solution was. They were professional, on time and really got us out of a bind. Good people doing good work -- they are obviously our go-to going forward for all things HVAC.

Called today at 445 PM due to furnace not kicking on and Thor came up within minutes and had us up and running again. Very good service and very pleased!

John came out immediately to help diagnose the issue and got my heat back up and running! 100% recommend!
