I'm completely grateful and glad to see that there are still good human beings left in this world.

Should have negative stars. Have been out 3x for the same problem. Charged me 2x for the same part that broke within 2 weeks of them “fixing”-offered no warranty on parts or service. Worst sarcastic fool by the name of Phillip-when I tried to ask questions about warranties, parts and service. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE AND FRAUDS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Fast response time, fixed the issue same day. Explained everything so it could be easily understood. Made the experience feel comfortable and professional.
